한국사람은 잘 오지 않는 호텔인 듯 합니다 가성비가 무척 높습니다 물론 성수기는 요금이 높을 것입니다 정말 친절합니다 관리도 잘 되고 작지만 큰 호텔처럼 체계적으로 운영된다는 느낌입니다 그리고 작아서 큰 호텔의 번잡함은 없으니 얼마나 좋은지 모릅니다 최고 평점을 주기는 어려운 것은 럭셔리하지는 않기 때문입니다 그러나 그것을 바란다면 최고 가격의 5성호텔을 가야 할 것입니다 5성호텔을 많이 다니시고 이제는 화려한 것이 아닌, 포근하고 아늑한 곳을 찾으시는 분에게 맞습니다 만일 위치가 런던이고 조금만 인테리어를 신경 쓴다면 아주 훌륭한 부티끄 호텔일 것입니다 추천합니다

The staff, from Reception, Dining Room and Room cleaners were all excellent - polite without being over fussy. All were helpful and responded speedily to any requests or queries.

We stayed here for the first time- not sure of what to expect, it ended up exceeding our expectations. Nice location, neat and tidy and comfortable. To top it all, they do their bit for the environment, loved their concept of rearing their own bees on their roof-top. Even greater, you can buy the honey from the reception. All-in-all, recommended.

Very nice boutique hotel, a short walk from the town centre and international conference centre. Great breakfast options. Very kind and helpful staff. We left our speaker in the room and they helped arrange postage of the item back to us. We had a lovely stay and look forward to staying again, would recommend.

What a great little find this hotel is. We have stayed in many hotels in Bournemouth over the last few years with differing price ranges, and this one is the best by far! Location is great, staff are lovely, restaurant is very good and the free parking was the icing on the cake! Definitely value for money in all areas, and a it feels like a lovely little boutique hotel. We will be staying here again.

A lot of choice in Bournemouth but this is best I’ve found so far. Really smart stylish rooms, fresh and clean. Super helpful staff on checkin. Perfect location with parking which is at a premium in Bournemouth. Add to that a great room rate through Expidia and don’t think you can beat this place as a complete package.

I had written to and telephoned the hotel on booking to explain my husband had Parkinsons and we needed a quiet room and a comfortable bed for him and asked if it could be made up with blankets rather than a duvet. I did not get a response to my email and had to chase them. I then received a curt reply which did not confirm anything other than it had been passed on. On arrival there was a duvet on the bed. We unpacked and then we lay down on the bed. It was unbelievably uncomfortable with huge lumps around 4 ins in depth and 8 inches long. I pulled off the bottom sheet to see what was causing them to find a mattress topper that had a huge stain on it as though someone had wet the bed. It had obviously been washed but was still very stained and the filling had clumped into huge lumps. I took it off the bed to discover the mattresses were very old and the springs could be felt. I complained to reception who were very helpful and gave us a different room with a newer bed. They told us this was an upgrade but it was the same overall size as our first room but the bed was certainly much better. I did not think breakfast was included but we were told it was by the restaurant staff. On checkout we were told it was not included and cost £100 for the 3 days. If we booked direct breakfast would have been included and we would have had a better room for the same price we paid. Moral of this story is to book direct. Hotel staff and food excellent. Gave us a free breakfast.

Staff, food, cleanliness all amazing - only two things slightly let the hotel down - our bed was only a double - these days most hotels only have king and above and the room was plenty big enough to accommodate one, so this could be improved and our TV was very old, and we know this was for eco purposes, but old smart tvs could be sourced to allow access to netflix ect....

Comfortable but a little bizarre…
Staff were very friendly and helpful but we were a little underwhelmed by the room itself which was quite small with a, quite frankly, bizarre and impractical layout…tea making facility available but no socket nearby to plug in the kettle 🤔 For some reason a bath was in the middle of the room (trendy/romantic …?) but not very practical where a couple of chairs would have been of more use. Having said all that the bed was very comfortable and we both had a really good sleep 👍

This Hotel was a great find. Our room was lovely clean and modern. The breakfast and restaurant were really enjoyable. The parking was good and they had a couple of electric charging points. I would certainly book this hotel again when I am in the area.

If you like a boutique feel in a hotel, this is for you. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. However there was insufficient storage & I ended up hanging things over the bath. More plug outlets would be helpful near the desk to plug in hairdryer.

Wir haben eine Rundreise durch Cornwall gemacht. Von diesem Hotel waren wir mehr als enttäuscht. Wir hatten das Zimmer Horse Chestnut. An mehreren Stellen an der Wand wurden Risse mit Tesafilm überklebt. Die Seifenspender sind nachfüllbar, diese waren sehr abgenutzt und verdreckt. Die Gummidichtung am Waschbecken hat sich gelöst. Das Sofa und der Sessel hatte viele Flecken. Im Zimmer steht eine freie Badewanne. Die Armatur dazu war nicht richtig im Boden befestigt, sodass man Angst haben musste, dass diese abreißt und es eine Überschwemmung gibt. Als wir zum Abendessen einen Tisch reservieren wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass man erstmal prüfen muss ob wir um 19:00 Uhr zum Essen kommen können, da Kinder nur bis 18:00 Uhr im Restaurant sein dürfen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Unser Sohn ist 11 und wir durften gnädiger Weise im Restaurant essen. Dort stand auf der Tafel, dass das Kindermenü von 12-18 Uhr verfügbar ist. Das Essen war sein Geld nicht wert. Dieses Hotel können wir absolut NICHT empfehlen. Wir wundern uns sehr, wie es zu dieser guten Bewertung gekommen ist. Für alle hier aufgeführten Punkte haben wir einen Foto, welche wir hier leider nicht einfügen können.

Nydelig lite hotell med hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte. God frokost. Men det som trakk ned var mye støy og veldig lytt mellom rommene og generelt på hotellet. Når man kjører igang løvblåser utenfor vindu kl 0630 og siden det ikke er aircondition en varm sommerdag så blir rommet ubehagelig varmt når man ikke kan ha vindu åpent. Så dårlig med søvn dessverre.

No air-con, only small fan supplied. Remote control for TV had not been cleaned for a long time. Seating provided in room very uncomfortable. TV a little on the small size. The outside area needs a lot of attention, leaves everywhere and have been there for along time.

Like the principles, check if there’s a wedding …
Lovely hotel. We were warned that there would be a wedding while we were there but not just how loud and pervasive it would be. Plus we were surprised by the small size of the bed for 2 people in Juniper… haven’t had such a small bed in a decent hotel for years. Staff were lovely when they were paying attention to us rather than the wedding party. Perhaps not take on more than you can manage?
