The cook in the morning was excellent! He was very friendly and upbeat. The lady at the front desk was also very informative and friendly. She gave me advice about Hilton Honors and rewards. The rooms were ok but needed updating. the shower leaked all over the floor. The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough. After mopping up the floor with the towels I felt like I needed another shower. We rented the room through Expedia and thought we were getting a King but when we arrived the gal at the front desk indicated the room was smoking. Really??? We had to down size to two queens which was ok but the covers just didn’t feel fresh and clean. It was probably the second worse Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. The rooms need to be updated. Staff was friendly but rooms not so good.

Just need a few more diabetic choices for breakfast. Not everyone like fruit. Other than that the stay was fine

A bit of highway noise
This hotel is right off the highway, easy in and out but the noise is pretty constant. We did use earplugs to sleep and they worked well.

Property is a little dated but it is clean, safe, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a surprisingly good selection of food. I will definitely be back next time I am in Ozark.

The bathroom was filthy. There was old urine in front of the commode and the floor of the shower area dirty with foot prints. There was extreme build up of soap scum and mold all along the shower. The caulking repair looked like the work of a two-year old. The lamp shade had a major hole in it and the walls were extremely scuffed. Was moved to another room that was not much better. I stayed in the same hotel a year ago and the hotel was not in this condition. Where is the supervision of the cleaning staff prior to releasing the room for occupancy?

The hotel was average ! For a Hampton Inn, it should’ve been a lot better, the worst one I have stayed at. The hotel was not very clean , and had old furniture. Should be painted and updated. The exercise room was nice but half of the equipment did not work , the outdoor pool and breakfast we’re good.

Receptionist was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of parking. Bed and pillow are very clean and comfy.

First room we where put into was filthy food stuck to the walls . Hair dust eveeywhere . Bedding looked like it wasnt previously washed . Ac would not work so we where then moved to the third floor . Before arrival i notified front desk that we had a active 2 year old and being away from other quest would be best. With the room change we where placed above a older gentleman wanting to sleep at 8 . Front desk came to room about a noise complaint of jumping. Why would you place someone under a 2 year old and not somewhere else in the hotel . The front desk lady was a little rude with speaking with me . Stating this isnt going to happen here ( talking about noise complaint. I had to keep my two year old stuck in the bed not being able to play . Paying for a suite motel and the cost of over $300 for 2 night stay didnt make me happy . The breakfast was amazing though.

Paid extra to have the large queen suite only to find that the AC was broke. The person that worked at front desk being out late at night had no idea what he was doing when trying to put us in another room. The room that we were placed in had a working AC but was half the size of the room that we paid for. Unfortunately are used our hotel.com points to purchase our stay and pay the difference using our credit card and now we are out about $30 due to receiving a credit for our stay but hotels.com actually paid for our stay. So far today I have yet to see either points put back on our account or a refund of the difference on our credit card. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and we’re satisfied but there were people outside who smelled like weed and the guy that worked the front desk while he was a nice person really didn’t know what he was doing and also smelt like weed. There was also someone who appeared to be homeless or on some thing in the hotel lobby. Grabbing lots of sugar and tea packs from the coffee bar area. When we came back late to the hotel, after being out with family, there was a guy hanging around the back corner of the building that made us feel uncomfortable. I don’t know the lady that worked the front desk but she was really nice though.

Not bad, but not “exceptional”
Said exceptional for rating so my expectations were high. This place was fine but certainly not exceptional. Morning breakfast staff was very friendly and greeted every guest who came in. Very nice!

We were there for a funeral for two days. Saturday morning they had no breakfast and we were down at 8:00. The excuse used was that microtel had a fire and they guest came to the hotel for breakfast. We paid for our rooms there and couldn’t even get breakfast before the funeral. There’s no management on weekends and the workers I can tell are underappreciated. It’s not ok for another hotel guest to come eat breakfast and the actual guest staying at that hotel go hungry and have to buy breakfast

The hotel was dated. Shower handle spun around and hard to find the right spot for hot water but did eventually. Downstairs the pots with coffee in them where lukewarm and the hot water one the water one was cold. Only thing on breakfast area for us was dry cereal but there were lots of people eating the hot breakfast. Its a C to C+ hotel that needs some attention for what the price was.

Very nice Hampton Inn in Ozark AL. Very clean, spacious, good for wheelchair ♿️ Lift and comfort, spacious bathroom and good breakfast included.

I was happy with my stay. First, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Too cold for the pool but it was open and clean. The free breakfast was just okay but there was a little something for everyone. Well worth the money.

There were no bath towels to dry of with and the throw shower mat was soaking wet. You could feel every step anyone takes walking and hear every noise maid.

Check in was easy. Room was spacious but bathroom area was dated. Breakfast included items that were supposed t be hot (eggs, potatoes, sausage) but they were stone cold. No one appeared to be restocking or available to ask for warm food.

Awful!
There was no air in our room, we were there 5 nites, they cleaned our room once. When I complained, they told me I should have requested it. I would have if I had known. I had to ask for coffee every day. The floor in room was dirty and unswept. If I had wanted to make my bed every day ,I could have stayed home I will not stay there again.
