Vishal was a last min cancellation / no show and expected a full refund across 2 cottages which unfortunately is outside of the terms and cancellation policy they agreed too thought their booking agent hotels.com We are sorry would coulnt agree anything with you directly as certainly would have.

Hi Toni Very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I hope that you did find some joy in the beautiful Far South Tasmania region. If you happen to find your missing shirt in your luggage or somewhere else (as very often happens) it would be great if you could let us know :) It definitely wasn't left behind with us. Our coffee mugs fit perfectly with the coffee machine and provide the option for multi sized coffee shots with our complimentary pods. Generally they are found to be simple to use but thank you for making us aware that more detailed instructions might be necessary for some. We have tested the reception phone to ensure that it is working correctly. It would seem that our property was just not the right fit for you- I hope that your future travels will be more fulfilling.
