Thank you for staying with us. Al of our rooms do have micro/fridge. The large wooden cabinet that the TV sits on has a door to the right side that houses the fridge. The micro is also on the shelf under the TV. I am so sorry you didn't see the fridge,most ppl ae curious and look.Anytime you are here again or at any hotel if you don't see something always call down to the front desk,I know our staff would happily answer your questions. I apologize for the issue with the water being cold ,One of the front desk staff would be happy to assist.regarding the faucets on the kitnette sink,they were removed as part of our upgoming room renovation. Indoor pool???we do not have an indoor pool. I really wish you had inquired about thes "issus:while her and our staff would have explained everything to you instead of waiting and giving us a low rating,any questions/issues we could have taken care off or answered for you except you thinking we had an indoor pool,don't know where that came from as its not on our website. Again, our apologies for your incoveniences.

Our IHG website for the Holiday Inn Express shows the correct room, the 3rd party you booked thru has the wrong picture. That is on the website for the 3rd part they control that aspect. Again I apologize for the confusion, if the charged and booked you for the wrong type of room you will need to contact them to get the difference returned,Again my apologies.
