Awful. Dangerous area. Went to two separate rooms. First had a toilet that wasn’t working. Second room had a smoke alarm that was chirping. Do not go here.

The hotel was dirty and for the 4 nights i received no towels, no toilet papers or no one changed my room linens.

The water was brown, BROWN! The first room they gave us the TV didn't work, not a big deal but you could see outside through a crack in the door. The room we were moved to had no microwave. The handy man was AMAZING but the check in staff was less than nice. There is no mention of a $50 deposit when booking and they won't let you check in without paying it despite not being told about it. We found out while checking in that they will rent by the hour if that tells you anything about them. Just stay away, it's a dump.

This property is old and outdated. The rooms need to be renovated with new bathroom fixtures. The carpet is old and smells dirty. The bedspread were old and holes in them. The lamp and wall sockets had a short, you had to wiggle the plugs around in order for them to work.

Perhaps not the best choice.
Overall the room did not appear to be very clean, though it may have been just due to everything being outdated. There were blood stains on one bed sheet and a hole burned through one bed cover. There were suspicious people hanging around and driving through the parking lot which made it feel unsafe. I did not stay there for the second night of the reservation due to this and I could not get refunded for that night.

Upon entering the room, I turn on the light and the first thing I see is a roach waking across the chair. I figured no big deal cause I’m only staying one night. Went in the bathroom and there were 2 DEAD roaches showing me that house cleaning did not bother to even clean the room. No one should stay here unless they have absolutely no choice. They also only had 2 flat ass pillows for a whole king sized bed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was very nice and kind. Everything else at the hotel is garbage.

Don’t think twice just go somewhere else
Due to it being so late, my fiancé, and I slip in our clothes on top of the covers and wiped down everything. I’ve never ever experienced anything like this as the staff switch me into two rooms. Neither one of them was clean, nor sanitized this place needs a serious remodel and staffing change.

If i were traveling alone id be fine there but i had my 2 small children and a loaded vehicle from vacation, wasnt a chance we'd stay there. The non smoking room smelled dirty and like weed plus the parking lot has a liquor store in it.

READ THIS !!
1. Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived. It took me 20 minutes to find a Hotel employee. 2. The rude front desk person charged my credit card a $50 deposit on top of my room charge for what he called “incidentals.” Then wanted to hold on to my credit card until I checked out. 3. The room reeked of cigarettes and was filthy. I actually ended up sleeping in my car. Horrible, dirty broken down, dump.

DON'T STOP HERE!!!
This was the lowest point of my trip. One bed wasn't cleaned, there was what looked like blood spatter on the shower curtain, towel rack was hanging out of the wall, coffee maker (once we got one) was missing the basket to hold coffee pod, no coffee cups. There was duct tape over half of one light switch. The only reason I gave it such a good rating was because the staff was pleasant and did what they could. I chose this place because Wyndham USED to have a good name.... not anymore I guess.

Obviously not fully tended to. There were ice cream sandwiches in the freezer which was unplugged. Items under bed. Toilet dirty. Noisy neighbors outside the door late, talking. No coffee pot, no cups….. I had to check for bugs under mattress just in case. Ugh. Please show some care and respect for your own business!

The place should be bulldozed! Language barrier at the desk. Non smoking room smells like a tobacco warehouse. 2nd room door wasn't,t working and no sheets on a “made” bed. I have slept in tents that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place! Litter all over grounds. Never again

I refused to check into the hotel due to the poor quality and condition of the property. Unclean, baron, attached to a liquor store in a strip mall. The front door is close to the main highway Dupont and very dark and dingy on the outside and inside. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property.

The man upfront had to give me 3 different rooms it started out with the first room there were no blankets on the bed the bathroom was filthy and the toilet broken. The second room was only one bed and I paid for a double bed ( had my handicap son with me) the third room had no tv remote again filthy linen on the bed the toilet was stained black and this time there were dried up cockroaches on the walls if that wasnt bad enough when i went to go to sleep i found bed bugs all over my bed as well as cockroaches crawling. When proven to the front desk who came and observed these things i was told to leave and i wouldnt recieve a refund.
