We were super impressed with everything at this hotel! The pool was actually warm and had a water slide, and the hot tub had a little waterfall. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic and very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, it was quiet, and there were a lot of breakfast options. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again!

Great staff and amenities rooms were great. BIG BONUS no one under 18 allowed in the hotel without a parent. Quite place NO ONE ALLOWED UNDER 18 WITHOUT A PARENT. this is my hotel from now on.

I was extremely upset upon checking in the staff( must be manager) very rude and in front of other people said if I hear noise after 10pm u are out and I’m keeping your money, and said if I see any kids out without an adult u are out and I will keep your money….. this all happened upon checking in cause we had kids with us I was so embarrassed and mad the she acted in this manor and treating us like this … I will never stay in this hotel again with this lady working here…….. and want a full refund

Absolutely loved the different amenities there were to do...the library, chess table, pool table, dart board, ping pong, etc...best of all was the pool...my kids loved the hot tub with the waterfall and of course the pool with the waterslide! Definitely going to plan more visits in the near future.

This property is amazing. So fun for the whole family with the resort pool and lobby area. I would’ve rated 5 stars, but the noise level from the front desk in the early morning hours (4am to 7am) with doors slamming constantly waking us up was frustrating.

Great place to stay
Very welcoming when we came into the desk to check in. Room was a very clean and very nicely done. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a lot of space within the room. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of fresh choices!

The hotel is very nice pool table video games pool hot tub etc. the problem is if you stay on the even side rooms of floor two you will here a continuous loud him all night long even over the tv and heat

Amazing Place and Staff!
We had such an amazing time while we were there. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff all were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at comfort suites en route to NY from Michigan. Ended up getting here super late and checked in at 2 am. Traveling with my wife and newborn (4 weeks old), I asked the front desk lady if she would allow a late check out since we checked in super late and I have a long drive tomorrow. The lady at the front desk denied my request rudely and had no remorse for the fact that we were traveling with a baby and may need more time. I have been to many places that are nicer than this property and they always care of their guests. I hated the fact that I was rushed to get out In the morning and front desk did not want to accommodate my request for a late check out. Front desk staff is terrible at accommodating customer needs. They are the face of your business, having rude staff breaks or makes someone’s experience. Otherwise, property was nice and clean. I had a king suite and my room was spotless. It was clean, smelled amazing. Bathroom toiletries were minimal and needs improvement. Breakfast buffet was decent. It included two waffles machines, scrambled eggs sausages and other basic coffee/juices/cereal and what nots. Had no complains in that department. I considered making this property my go to stop en route to NY, since I make that drive often. However, my experience with the front desk staff changed my mind. Last thing I want after a long drive is a rude front desk person ruining my experience.

The hotel is located on a golf course next to a lake. It appears to be newer and is very clean. The staff was very helpful and freindly. There is an adjacent Club House that is open to the public where you can get a meal and a drink at the bar. They also have a pool, full gym, pool table, games, and a very noce libarary. Overall it's very, very nice and quite a bargain in the off-season.
