Lots of food options. Pizza Hut is literally in the same lot. Sits right next to a huge mall. Only gave it 4 stars because Hilton has terrible ACs that shut off and leave the room stuffy at night. Other than that, place was good!

Switched rooms after the door would not shut properly and one of the beds had dirty sheets. The new room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Hotel was clean but they had terrible service. We were forced to use dirty towels because they said they had none or were in the dryer, could not bring us any because they did not have enough staff and we would need to come back to get them but they never contacted us to tell us when available. Had to go to desk and ask for coffee but told they only had a few and housekeeping kept them locked up. At breakfast they kept running out of food and it felt like they were rationing it. The hot tub was broke all weekend and the pool was cold. Cleaners grabbed garbage, towels but did not replace towels or coffee and did not make the beds. This was not the caliber of what we expect from a Hampton Inn. This was a terribly run Hampton. We had two rooms at almost $200 each per night. When I tried to complain, I was told no manager available and the young girl at the desk could not even apologize. What a mess!!

We were in town for Groundhog Day and the hotel staff went above and beyond. The night before they set up a hearty and warm dinner. The morning of - at 3am! - they set out individual breakfast bags with a bottle of water since they knew many of the guests would be heading to Gobbler's Knob very early and would miss regular breakfast hours. We so appreciated the extra special hospitality that made our stay memorable.

This hotel when we checked in, they didn’t even have a key card, she said for any of the rooms so she had to walk us to our room and let us in. Which meant if we would both leave, we would have to have them check us back in. To me that is not acceptable. Directly in the front entrance there was a big party going on and people standing in conveniently in our path over to the check-in. Also, the breakfast condiments were lousy.

I hated the false alarm with the staff screaming evacuate at 9:30 pm. I hated waiting in the car for 45 min without any information as to what was happening. I hated that staff did not assure anyone about safe return to rooms without being asked.

Highly personable staff in a welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help guests enjoy New Year's Eve.

Disappointed in Dubois.
We had a reservation for an accessible king bedroom. Upon arrival desk attendant said they were all booked and offered us an accessible double queen. It was the first room off of the lobby. All seemed OK until a party in the meeting room across from our room seemed to end around 11pm? The folks then gathered in the lobby area and were rather boisterous and noisy. This lasted until well past 2am. We tried calling the desk many times and there was no answer for over an hour and a half. We weren’t about to go out and confront this loud drunk sounding crowd as we had gone to bed at 11pm. My wife was very upset and was ready to call the police because of the lack of consideration for others at the hotel with the loud gathering which included singing and dogs barking. We complained when we checked out this morning and the desk attendant said she was sorry and that group should not have been out in the lobby that late. We asked for a refund and the desk attendant said there was no manager on the weekends. She said she would leave them a note. This is unacceptable. We are not against people having a good time but not at the expense of other folks staying in the hotel. We have chosen Hampton Inn for many of our trips but will not be wanting to repeat this experience again. A refund would be the least you could do.

The hotel description indicated that there is a hot tub, but there isn't one. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the hot tub. The hotel said they tried to remove this description for last 5 years. This is very misleading.

One night stay in DuBois
Check-in/out made simple. Plenty of breakfast food. Room was clean and comfortable. HVAC typical with too warm then too cold over and over but expected in most hotels. Overall great stay.

Facilities was clean staff was excellent only issue was the pool was closed due to repairs. We paid more than we would have at another facility because of the pool so it would be nice if they communicated that on their website cause we would have stayed else where had we known.

What a wonderful bed! And pillows! Breakfast was good and had lots of choices. The only slight negative was the floor plan f the tub was stained and some of the wood needed refinishing- just a little aging.

The good: location, easy check in, free breakfast The bad: bathroom needs redo. Black mold in ceiling, peeling paint, sporadically running toilet - all night, feather pillow that smelled like it sat under a long-haul trucker for several hot days. I’m not sure why, I kind of expected a bit more for about $150 a night . But then again, my stays in DuBois Hilton properties have all had a similar vibe so maybe it’s just the standard.
