I was shocked with the condition of the room, it was poorly taking care of , and aged really bad. Dear Ms. Melenia, We thank you for choosing Abidos Hotel Apartments as your preferred hotel during your stay while in Dubai and in taking time to write this review However we wish to inform you that the incident stated by you is completely untrue and a distortion of the facts, during your stay with us on 13th Nov at 02.55 PM you had visited our Spa and started using the Sauna, the female Spa receptionist Ms. Usri on duty recorded the time you had gone into the sauna after about 30 minutes around 03.25 PM when you still did not come out of the Sauna as a routine safety check the female receptionist Ms. Usri came to the sauna and knocked on the door and checked if you are comfortable, since there was no response from you, as our standard procedure both the Lifeguard and the security on duty were called in and they were waiting outside the Spa in the corridor to respond in case of an emergency. The Spa receptionist Ms. Usri again visited the Sauna and called out your name and this time you responded in the affirmative. The lifeguard that you claim entered the sauna was nowhere within the Spa area and was outside waiting in the corridor should there be an emergency We wish to inform you that all of our staff members undergo routine trainings and are trained to respond to emergencies while adhering to the rules, regulations and stay within their limits We deeply regret that you are distorting the facts of the incident with a sole purpose of claiming a compensation which was turned down and explained to you both by the duty manager as well as the sales team while you were in the hotel and upon check out We wish to assure you of our best services at all times and look forward to receiving you back at Abidos Hotels upon your next visit to Dubai Thank you and best regards,
