접근성이 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에 foot market, 카르푸,쇼핑몰이 있어서 편리합니다. 호텔 건물 1층뒤쪽에 air arabia 시티지점이 있어서 미리 boarding, luggage drop off를 하고 사르자 공항으로 셔틀버스타고 편하게 갈수있습니다. 아침 식사는 그가격의 다른 호텔과 비슷합니다. 깨끗하고 조용합니다.

공항에서 가깝고 쇼핑몰과 마트도 바로 옆에 있어 편하고 주변이 조용해서 편안한 숙박을 했어요. 룸 업그레이드도 무료로 해주고 직원들 모두 다 친절하고 아침조식도 다양한 종류로 맛있었어요. 수영장이 작고 실내수영장이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠지만 다른 것들이 훌륭해서 다음번에도 또 재방문 할 의사가 있는 호텔입니다.

적당한 위치의 편안한 호텔 조식도 맛있다
룸청소가 마음에 들지 않은것 외에는 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 방의 조명이 조금은 어둡습니다. 룸은... 다 좋았는데 화장실 깨끗했는데, 하우스키핑이후 3일째에 왠 머리카락들이 잔뜩 바닥에... 하우스키핑하시는분이 쓰신건지, 흘리신건지.. 더불어서 커피머신은 노즐 청소가 필요합니다. 뜨거운물만 뺄때 검은 가루가 잔뜩나와서 청소를 하고 사용을 했습니다. 이외에는 모든게 마음에 들었습니다

Good room, nice gym. No internet was provided to had to buy the internet, which wasn't very fast at all. Staff is really friendly, but shame that nowhere in the hotel you could grab a drink.

The hotel was centrally located in Deira which was great! There were numerous restaurants nearby and the prices were economical compared to the Jumeirah side. The hotel is attached to a mall which is extremely convenient. We went during Ramadan and were expecting a grand buffet for suhoor but unfortunately their options were limited. The staff is excellent - extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel! Great for families!

Swissotel Al Ghurair is a nice hotel with a great mall and dining options nearby. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which is very chaotic if you come later in the morning, with a long wait to get in and for many food and other options such as coffee - not good enough for a hotel that claims to be 4.5 stars

Extremely poor service, the staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They are slow. They are not responsive. The parking is very difficult too, it’s around a busy area. Would definitely not stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, and it doesn't disappoint. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful; quick with a smile and greeting... and this is across all sections - entry, lobby, dining and housekeeping. This might be normal in Dubai, but after 3 weeks in Europe it was a most welcome change. However, I'd simply like to think this hotel is a bit special. Room was large, spacious and clean. The extra large bed was so comfortable that getting out of it was the hardest choice to make each day. Breakfast options in the dining room are wide and varied... and all delicious. A real coffee barista would have made it just perfect... but the Espresso still hits the spot. Dont skip a visit to the pool. After a long day out and about in the heat, a long dip in the pool is the perfect way to end the day. I just wish it was accessible longer, we would have stayed in till midnight given a choice. Book in advance, and its excellent value for money. Top choice.
