This was my second time staying here, and since COVID the service and condition has gone down a lot. The room had a lot of issue - the tub wasn’t draining, the sink faucet was broken, and the floors were filthy/not cleaned. The service at breakfast was poor - the food was a mess, tables were dirty, and staff were not able to meet the number of clients that were trying to manage breakfast. I tried to take breakfast with me to go sit outside near the pools since there was no room and no clean tables near breakfast, and the server yelled at me to leave my food and my only option was for me to do room service. I also had a 20% off of food and beverages for my stay, and the server at the pool didn’t give me the discount and when I told her afterwards she took about 1hr to verify with front desk and then told me I only had 15% off of beverages. At this point, I was exhausted to show her my hotels.com invoice that listed I got 20% off and by the time I checked out it was 4AM and I needed to get to the airport so I couldn’t ask for a partial refund for my stay. I’m sorry this has happened to the resort, because I loved my first stay but after this one I won’t go back.
