가격은 저렴하나 시설이 오래됨...
그 근처에 볼 일이 있어서 숙박했는데 지은지 오래돼서 그런지 시설이 좀 낙후됨... 칫솔 면도기는 달라해야 주는건지 원래 안주는건지 없어서 준비해간거 사용함. 라면 먹을려고했는데 커피포트 상태가 더러워보여서 걍 안먹음ㅜ

Das Appartement hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer, täglich Zimmerreinigung, Wasser auf Anfrage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die europäischen Steckdosen befinden sich im Bad. Etwas instabil. Empfehlenswert für Touristen, die ein Auto gemietet haben.

The only good thing about this hotel is the near by restaurants and shops. The housekeeping does not properly clean the rooms and leave dust and garbage. You have to ask 5 times to get towels because they don’t have enough. The day we checked out is when I lost my mind with this hotel. We had my brothers wedding at this property and booked a few rooms. When we checked out, they charged my room for a missing remote back cover 200 dhiram. I came from US and that equals to $50, a whole remote in the US is no where close to this amount and they wanted me to pay this amount for their cheap remote back cover. And to top it off, their TV does not work. They charged another family members room for a hand towel that was dirty. Last time I checked, towels get dirty. Seriously? Then they charged one room because one of their dinner plates was missing, like we were going to steal their cheap dinner plate and take it to the US with us. Then they accused one room with a dirty pillow case, like seriously. Their cheap behavior caused my blood to boil. They figured out we came from the US and the housekeeping manager accused of unnecessary crap so he can pocket some money. So stay at your own expense. And do not use anything in the room, dont use the towels, the pillows or dinner set, bring your own so they cant blame you. Bring you own tv and remote too. And if you are from the US or UK don’t let them know so they can’t rip you off.

gutter smells in kitchen 24/7, cooking pan &cookwear are super dirty and in bad condiction, front desk staff are helpfull, i am very disopponited with my last day at check out with housekeeping manager is worse person i have seen in hospitallity he blam on us one towel got a stain he charge me 80aed, one plate was missing charge me 55aed then one spoon was missing he charge me for 35aed then remote cover was misiing he charge us for85aed, honeslty have no clue about this we are 5 familes stay in 5 rooms in this hotel for a wedding event we use plates and spoons from each other rooms it might be misplace but they charge us for this crap, not recommended for family and long stay term. dirty carpet broken lamps smells bad fridge, have to ask 10 times everyday for towels we were 4 people in the room , they are providing one towel daliy for 4people, honesty those towels are super used and old crap very disapponited.

Helpful staff. Rooms were okay with odd cockroaches roaming around which upon request, staff sprayed and got rid of them. Surrounding is lively and accessible. 1 minute walk to grocery supermarket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The property needs to get renovated especially the floor 4 where we stayed as there were signs of leakage, drainage issue and plug in to charge your international devices is difficult to do as they are loose to fit. Cleanliness is excellent, staff are humble and helpful, nearby areas are full of amenities that you can imagine.

Very pleasant place. Well mainatained property with marvelous room service. Good professional supportive staff always around within reach to guests. I would highly recommend this place for a safe and enjoyable stay. Proximity of food outlets is an added advantage for easy dining at any time.

Cold water was actually warm. TVs had four remotes and not properly working. Gym was small and crowded. Air conditioner was very noisy. My departure day was torture due a long fire drill. Not worth the money.

Spacious and inexpensive, but not really 4 star
Good value for money, where you get a spacious serviced flat for the price a room elswhere in Dubai. However, the confition of the flat fits nicely in the 3 star territory. The location is in the middle of vibrant area, be it it's almost purely populated by foreign labour community.

Très bien dans l'ensemble
Très bon séjour ici. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, bien équipées, propres. L'emplacement n'est pas au coeur de Dubai mais à prendre en connaissance de cause : on est à 1 km du métro, il y a des bus, et on est pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Le coin piscine est bizarrement aménagé et peu agréable au final, à l'inverse de la salle de sport bien équipée. Dans la chambre, le coin salon, le balcon, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont très spacieux. Il y a des WC hors de la salle de bain (pratique). Quelques petits couacs dans la cuisine : nous avions pris une chambre pour 3 mais tout était par 2 (tasses, verres, assiettes...) ; et le plateau thé-café n'était pas rechargé tous les matins. Idem dans la salle de bain où un matin, nos serviettes avaient été prises mais pas remplacées. Ces petits oublis mis à part, notre séjour ici était très bien !

Hardly not worth the money!
Maximum 2 stars hotel, not the 4 rated at hotels.com. Old, quite far from city, so We had to spend a lot of money on taxis. The room smelled a lot of cigaret smoke, even though it was a smoke free room. NO SUN by the pool after 14 o’clock.

We liked it. Big room, three toilets. Heated pool. The children loved it. Jacuzzi. Sahara shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away. Peaceful area.

The hotel is in the area that you can find some Western Food to eat. The room is clean and nice. It met my expectation. However, the appliance such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV do not meet the standard for 4 stars Hotel in Western. Please kindly upgrade those appliances. Then, it will be perfect for the 4 stars hotel.
