두바이를 방문하신다면 추천합니다. 지하철역과 가깝고 객실이 넓고 훌륭합니다. 욕실도 넓으며 사용하기에 충분합니다. 아침 식사 메뉴들도 다양하고 내용도 만족합니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 택시 이용도 편리한 위치입니다. 다시 두바이를 방문한다면 또 예약할거에요.

두바이 출장으로 머물렀는데 좋았습니다. 조식은 뷔페식과 오믈렛 스크램블 에그등의 고를 수 있는 부분도 있고 43층에 sky 라운지에서 야경보면서 술 한잔 하는것도 추천드립니다. 직원들 모두 친절합니다

아파트먼트 2베드룸에서 숙박.. 방 2개 화장실 3개로 5명이 투숙하기에 충분했음 방 1개는 트윈베드 방 1개는 킹베드 1개 화장실 2개는 욕조/변기/세면대 딸린 화장실 화장실 1개는 변기/세면대 딸린 화장실로 넉넉했습니다. 세탁기 건조기도 비치 되어 있구요.. 두바이몰 반대편 해변쪽 전망도 좋습니다. 엑스트라 베드 무료로 제공해 주셔서 만족했구요.. 세탁 세제 요청하니 무료로 제공해 주셔서 또 한번 만족했습니다. 두바이몰까지 셔틀은 없지만 12~15디그함으로 택시 이용하면 금방 갑니다...

Our room service guy “Ramu” did an excellent job keeping our room in great shape. His kindness and excellent service made us want to even stay more! The receptionist in the Lobby “ Ebram” went above and beyond to answer our questions about currency exchange, taxis, and close places to visit! Dhara on M floor has the best smile, we loved seeing her welcoming us for breakfast every morning! We also met Yanis in the lobby and he answered our questions and was super nice! Hotel in buona posizione vicino alla stazione metro Financial Centre 5 minuti a piedi , e al museo del Futuro 15 minuti a piedi. Bella la vista dal 43 piano dove di può mangiare e bere. Piscina nello stesso piano piccola con servizio di lettini e asciugamani. Buono il servizio di room service ottimo il servizio di pulizia della camera, la mia 1315 sempre impeccabile. Caotica la sala colazione sita adiacente l'entrata dell'hotel é migliorata quando hanno dato accesso al ristorante Purani Dlli al 1 piano dove il personale ha fatto la differenza rispetto alla sala di sotto. Pessimo il servizio concierge, cercano di venderti auto private al posto dei taxi con una tariffa più che raddoppiata, esempio: per arrivare al Burj Khalifa mi hanno chiesto 50 Aed , in Taxi ne ho spesi 19. Questo peggiora se piove, non ti chiamano i taxi pubblici ne hanno ombrelli per i clienti davvero un pessimo servizio . Buono il servizio porterage, meno il servizio reception, check- in lento e poco professionale senza spiegazione dela zona o mappa della città. Da evitare il ristorante indiano Purani Dilli piatti super piccanti anche dove questo ingrediente non viene menzionato e anche quando viene specificato che non si mangia piccante, ti arrivano piatti piccanti. Vicino l'hotel c'è un exchange che ha un buon tasso di cambio.

Fantastic stay!
It was a fantastic stay. Ritesh and the Four Points by Sheraton representatives truly created a welcoming and accommodating experience for my family and I. I had a late flight and Ritesh granted my family and I with a late check out free of charge. Sanjay and the housekeeping crew kept our rooms immaculately clean and also provided ample toiletries. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a joyful attitude that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and convenient experience!
