Moderate level of hotel
relatively clean room. but, small. Water pressure was very low. So, I had to wait during doing shower. Sometimes, water was stopped for over 10 minutes. Safety box was not working. I had to renew my card key every per 3 days. I asked the problems over and over kindly. But The staffs did not solve the problems for a month. The most important thing is almost staffs including reception are not kind. They has so cold manner. And response against my asking was bad. They doesn't answer of my bowing.

Property is cheap, has guest car park, centrally located. But on the downside, property is old and poorly maintained. Roaches in rooms, no hot water, ac vent dirty, no functional pool, dirty couch, dirty carpet, i requested for my room tonbe cleaned, 1 day later it is yet to be cleaned.

It was so bad Hotel, bad service, not recommended
Hi my name is Abdalla Alnaqbi I have been stayed at the Grand Midwest Reve Hotel in Dubai Tecom from 31/3 to 4/4/2018 (4 nights) The room was not claen (the attached photo) and the smell of the room was horrible, and the bad thing that I saw some Cockroaches in the room The picture that I saw it in Hotel.Com was differ than what I have, it's really fooled me It's difficult to walk in the room with out waring shos and there is no slipper I complain to the guy on the recipient (egyption) about that and I told him that I want to see another room for this reason and he told me he will send someone to see the room (IT was 406) and he didn't send anyone His attitude and dealing was bad And the system of using was bad, it took so time to make checking in One of my friend planned to book with me at the same Hotel and I advice him to see another one because he will stay for more days after me with his family I told him it will not be good for you I really was to complain about that in Dubai Economic Department, it should not happen there. I really was abset about staying there And really I want to tell my friends to be carefull about that I really want to know what should I do against this case Best regards Abdalla Alnaqbi

Hotel close to metro station
Donot advise anyone to stay in this hotel . It is so terrible no facilities always dirty rooms no towels . You have to asked for towels or any other thing. You donot feel comfortable in your room. It is so terrible .

Ensimmäinen viikko oli hiljainen ja rauhallinen.Toisella viikolla vastapäiseen huoneeseen tuli nuoria, jotka jatkoivat juhlia aamulla 5 jälkeen musiikin merkeissä, eikä henkilökunta saanut kuin vähän hiljennettyä musikkia, mutta se häiritsi koko kerrosta. Tätä jatkui viikon ajan joka aamu.

Worst hotel experience ever
Terribly disappointed with our stay. We requested for higher floor - none available and that was fine. But when we got to the room it smelled really bad! We turned the AC on and it became worse. No complimentary water or coffee which is the first we've experienced in Dubai. We had to call for toothbrushes to be brought to the room. Fire alarm (or whatever it was) went off about 4 times from late night till morning which was very disturbing, we were up before 4 am and couldn't go back to sleep. Absolutely WORST experience ever!!!!!!!!! A refund would be the least they could do, but given the unhelpfulness of the staff this would probably be IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

Zimmer sind ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet - die Spaltmasse der Möbel lassen auf übereilte Installation schliessen. Service war ok. Die Grillstube im Hotel lohnt einen Check.

Nice hotel, good location.
1 bed room w/ sofa couch for kids. Sofa couch was not ready, they had to unscrew the boards to get the bed out and bring up extra linens. 4 people and one towel in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Exciting Stay
My Stay at Grand Midwest Reve was an exciting one, it's being the first place I stayed during this my maiden visit to Dubai. I was impressed and appreciated what I have been hearing about the hospitality of Dubai through my stay here.

Just a good location and spacious room
Booking this hotel was an error, I could not change my reservation without being penalised. The hotel is situated in a good location, close to restaurants, public transport and commercial centers and stores, but this is all good about it. Front Desk Staff was not welcoming at check in, the guy in the reception did not bother to say a welcome word, that made me avoid going there anymore, not helpful at all! The room was spacious but not clean, Bathroom has leaks and you get a whole lake on the floor when taking a shower, maybe some sealing in between the glass and bathtub solves the issue but I guess they do not bother. Breakfast is really expensive for the options you get. Better go somewhere else and have a proper breakfast. Not recommend it, avoid the place.

Nice hotel apartment
Nice hotel apartments close to Emirates mall , Marina, friendly staffs. Comfortable to stay here with family or along, for short or for long term. Good price/quality ratio.

Big room close to metro station
Room got upgraded from studio to one bedroom apartment. Very comfy bed but basic furnishings. Bus stop across the road to get to metro or walk to metro station is only 5 minutes.

Long Stay Hotel
The hotel itself Is nice and generally well maintained however the staff lack basic skills. The hotel clearly has an issue with the fire alarm as it went off 4-5 times in my 4 week stay.

I had previously stayed here before and found it to be lovely so I decided to go back with friends for two nights. On arrival it seemed lovely, the doorman was so helpful. We had to upgrade our room as it was for three adults and we got charged an extra 200-300dhs, which had not happened before and they were quiet rude about the whole situation. After paying a lot extra I was told we would have an extra bed, when we got to the room it was not made up. I was told it would be made by 7pm when we went out for dinner. I arrived back at 12 to see it still had not been done, I had to call reception over 5 times and go down to them twice as no one had still come. Eventually after 1:30am someone came to make the bed. It was basically a sheet on springs, impossible to sleep on. When I called reception to inform them I was told if no one arrived back to the room within 10minutes it would have to make do for the night. The man on the phone did not care or help us in any way. The following day they brought another bed to the room which was an improvement compared to the first one. Within the room both blinds were broken, the hairdryer was broken and there was no towels within the room. When I asked for towels I got a response asking why I didnt bring any. Another group of friends arrived the following day and they had the same problem, they also rang asking for towels and no one came with any. For the amount of money we paid, the service did not match.

Vuile kamers met schimmel op badkamer en kapotte haarphoner. Je moet er bedellen om badhanddoeken vast te krijgen. Zwembad vuil, en schimmelaanslag echt vies om in te zwemmen. Ligbedden vies, vuil en afgebroken.

bad service and bed room conditions
we arrived at 1:30 pm ; the room was not ready we had to wait about 2 hours then when we went to the room we found there is 1 big towel , no tissues and one small bottle of shampoo . Furthermore the spot lights in the bedroom were defected and the water pressure was very bad and it is not comfortable at all to have a shower . I called to ask to bring more towels (small and big) as we are two people. After 20 minutes I called again and after 20 minutes I went down to see the manager and to complain. Even with the help of the manager we had to wait more than 20 minutes to have the towels , they brought only big towels . and the water pressure and the spot lights were not fixed at all during our stay . We left and it was not fixed . We asked also the staff to come to open the secure safe box but never was done .Briefly it is not a place to stay during vacation. We had very bad experience .

Worse hotel and service ever
that was the worse hotel ive ever been to. i booked a studio for 13 nights for 4000aed!! ($1100) which already super expensive for a 3 star hotel. i had the worse experience ever: - Everyday i woke up from loud people shouting outside my studio - room service guy was cleaning a studio next to my room at 3am with loud music on, i came out of my bed and asked him to stop the music and the noise, he didnt bother. the next day i complained to the hotel and they didnt bother either - the toilet seat was broken and i asked the hotel to fix it but they didnt - internet is super slow and barely working - the curtains were broken so i couldnt put them up - the lobby smelled the whole time - the cleaners never did the dishes or changed the garbage in the studio

Awful manner of speaking to paying customers. People spitting down from the top floor to the reception and broken kitchen accessories. I will not be revisiting.

Very rude staff, very dirty hotel, they did not put any towels in the room, when i called the lobby they never answered the phone .. when i went down, they were talking together and not ready to talk with me ... i have waited till they finish and then asked for towels, i was surprised by their answer "all towels are with other customer, we have asked for additional towel from another property belonging to the same owner" :( ... then they provide "ONE" towel Staff was very rude from the time of check in to check out time ... very bad experience

Good value for money and convenient
The hotel is in a nice area, easy reach of the metro and convienence stores including a small Carefour and restaurants. At times it could be a little noisy at night and some attention is needed with cleanliness and maintenance. However, overall, I enjoyed the stay.
