위치도 좋고 해변접근성도 매우 좋아요. 그런데 화장실에 샤워기가 레인샤워기와 수도꼭지(?)뿐이 없어요. 아이 목욕시키기엔 참..너무 힘들었습니다. 그리고 변기 안쪽에 때가 까맣고 세면대 안쪽도 곰팡이가 피어있었어요. 어쩌다보니 보였네요. 아, 그리고 룸서비스 맛없어요. 조식은 그냥 무난해요.

일단은 비치가 앞에있고 JBR쇼핑센터도있고 편의시설이 근처에 있어서 가족 또는 연인들끼리 오기에 좋은곳 직원들이 상당히 친절함 역시 힐튼이라그런가

Etwas weiter außerhalb vom Zentrum (ca. 30-45 min. Fahrt, je nach Verkehr), aber lässt in seiner Umgebung am JBR-Beach nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Vorteilhaft ist auf jeden Fall, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Strandabschnitt hat, da der Rest des Strandes überlaufen ist. Das liegt auch an der hervorragend errichteten Strandpromenade, wo für jeden was dabei ist. Sämtliche Restaurants, Bars, Cafes aus aller Welt.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Good location - has its own beach and pool which was in a nice garden. A 10-15 minute walk to the marina.

Room number 644 is not a sea view room as presented by the hotel. Please see the photos attached. Everything else was fine. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. However, I would except a lot frendlier and a lot more helpful receptionists. Except that, we had a great time as the hotel offers great food, private beach and clean surrounding;)

Overall, we had a good time as the hotel has many restaurants, bars and private beach. Unfortunately, the experience would have been much better if we got the room we paid for. We complained at the reception that we did not get the sea view room but only partial sea view room which the hotel offers for a different price on hotels.com where we are VIP members. The lady at the reception told us the room we paid for is only available from next day. However, we are still at the hotel, it is our third day today and they have not changed our room yet. Neither we were offered any discount or the apology. The rest of the employees at the hotel are very nice and polite. The hotel is clean and the food is good.

i have stayed in this hotel several times and have always been satisfied with the level of service, friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the rooms. As it has a private beach it means that you are not over shadowed by other large hotels and the JBR has many restaurants and coffee shops that you can visit which are a 5 minute walk away.

Maid stole from room and management didn't care
I recently stayed at Hilton Jumeirah in Dubai and was deeply dissatisfied with my experience. My primary concern was with the hotel's handling of an incident where housekeeping seemingly took a cleaning cloth for my Fendi sunglasses. The object itself doesn’t hold all that much value, but how the staff handled it was the upsetting part. When I confronted them about it they did not believe me. Instead, they sent staff who went through all of my clothes and other belongings. Then they asked whether I may have dropped it outside the hotel. I informed them that it hasn't left the room. They then asked me the same question 3 more times. Each day, for 5 days straight, they told me that I should come back the next day so we could discuss how they would resolve this matter. As I was checking out and was leaving for the airport, they SMIRKED at me and told me to go to the police station knowing well I now didn’t have time for it! UNBELIEVABLE! But that was not all: On 2 separate occasions, I saw servers from the restaurant come into the bathroom stall, use the bathroom, and then leave without washing their hands!!! HUGE hygiene concern for me. During breakfast, expect to wait 30-45 minutes before you receive your first cup of coffee from the staff. Most days, the coffee would often arrive just as we were finishing our meal. If you are vegan, they do not have any options for you. Each time we asked for it, they told us they would have it ready the next day. They neve

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel avec accès direct à la plage. Belle piscine, buffet de l’exécutive lounge très bien garni, excellente situation sur the Walk, également proche de la marina et à moins de 15 minutes à pied du métro. Un bémol : personnel peu accueillant, superbe bar en rooftop mais inaccessible aux moins de 21 ans (dommage pour un hôtel qui se veut « kids friendly »)…
