I stayed this hotel 16days for work and it was very comfortable. There was Emirate mall near , and also metro station.

A good hotel for a short-staying budget traveler
Room and bathroom was clean and was equipped with neccessary stuffs. Staffs are kind and pleasant. Nothing to complain for my stay as a budget traveler. But I wished they provided face and hand towels as well as the body towels. Only big size body towel was inconvenient. Having no soaps and other amenities was no problem to me. The location is tricky. Though the hotel is indeed located next to the Emirates Mall, there is a substantial walking distance from the exit of the Emirates Mall Metro Station. The location is about the middle of the Emirates Mall Station and the next one. You need to walk quite a distance from either station (about 600 meters). When you get off from the Emirates Mall station, I reccommend getting out of the mall through the lobby of Kempinski Hotel.

Reasonable hotel but little far to go to Emirates mall by walk and felt little dangerous because of traffic.

이비스 몰 오브 디 에미리트
1박이라 교통편하고 상대적으로 저렴한 호텔을 선택했는데 잘못된 선택이었나봅니다. 몰오브디 에미리트 지하철역에서 먼 거리는 아니었지만 신호등없는 찻길을 건널 때마다 위험한 느낌이 들었습니다. 이비스호텔은 처음이었는데 방음이 취약한 것 같았습니다. 비지니스로 온 숙박객이 많을것이라는 예상과 달리 가족단위의 손님이 많아서 이방저방을 돌아다니면서 시끄럽게 하기도 했습니다. 낮에는 위층에서 수리를 하는지 계속 땅땅소리가 났었고 한밤중까지 복도에서 사람들 지나다니면서 말하는 소리가 크게 들렸습니다. 옆방은 가족손님으로 아이둘이 뛰는소리 벽에 부딪히는 아이 고함소리가 새벽 두시까지 계속되는등 소음때문에 고생한 호텔이었습니다. 한가지 덧붙이자면 샤워실유리가 반만 있는데다가 샤워실과 화장실바닥과의 차이가 별로 없어서 물이 넘칠까봐 씻는데 아주 고생했습니다.

Please remove the carpets in the rooms they are too old and even cleaning them its now beyond hoovers I was sneezing all night ended up buying antihistami e tablets which is not good at all.the toilet sink drains very slowly and the tspe is damaged

The rooms were more than adequate and clean. Hot shower, coffee pot, fridge, and safe for your belongings. Restaurant on site was good and very reasonable. Walk to the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai. The only negative would be no gym & pool at the hotel but you can use the adjoining hotels facilities.

I recommend this property to other guests. During our 6 days stay when we requested something that we need, the staff delivers it in just few minutes. Location is convenient. We walk to the mall few times. Staffs are very courteous.

I was in queue to check in and check out- not enough staff to attend to customers. Saw 2 security guards but only 1 staff on duty at the desk. Asked for sleepers after checked in and was not in the room when we went back in the afternoon. Had to call for it. Electric kettle not working, only tea, no coffee. Mentioned to the front desk upon check out. Not a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay shame i was given one double bed room when i booked weeks in advance for two single bed rooms my mum is unwell and had to endure sharing a room with my sister the manager refused to fix this issue the location is the only good thing really not too far from downtown

Tivemos problema com a reserva e mesmo assim o hotel super nos ajudou, o quarto era ok, o tamanho de quarto padrao ibis, levemente apertado, banheiro tambem levemente apertado, mas tudo muito bom. Cafe da manha era muito bom, com ilha oriental e ilha internacional, muito bom. Localizacao boa, mercado ao lado 24h e varios restaurantes perto.
