그저그런 호텔
시설은 오래됬지만 그냥저냥 하루정도 묶을만합니다. 근데 가족들이랑 오는건 비추. 그리고 프론트에 있는 흑인여자 완전 싸가지.

스위트주니어룸에서 2일 지냈는데 좋았습니다. 다만 이곳은 친구들과 놀러올수 없기에 조금 아쉽습니다.

Fantastic night view..
It was a fantastic place feeling Dubai. Expecially night city view after turning off light of room. Approaching to big mall, downtown, tour places are good.

가격대비 좋아요 뷰도 좋고~~ 근데 벌러지나옴 흑흑
위치는 버스정류장 바로 앞이고, 전철은 한 5분이상 걸어야함. 직원들 매우 친절합니다~ 근데 방에서 박귀볼레.. 나옴. 방 바꿔준다고 했지만 밤이 늦어서 그냥썼습니다.(직원불러서 잡음ㅠ) 그거빼곤 가격대비좋아요

I liked the location of the property as it was convinient. Not so much liked the quality of service, unless I was asking for more than that type of hotel should provide. There was a mishap done by housekeepers but the upper management didn't do what it took for a come back game.

My experience at the hotel was so distressing that I would not consider returning, even if offered a stay for free. Initially, I was placed in a room that was both unsightly and foul-smelling. Matters worsened when I had to switch to another room that was in an even poorer condition, and I was forced to settle for a twin bed room despite being alone. The tranquility of my stay was constantly interrupted by loud music from nearby clubs during the night. Additionally, the hotel's elevator service was severely lacking, with only two elevators for a large building, causing long waiting times. The reviews rating was 8.6 ... It is hugely misleading .

This hotel is not diverse and I won,t recommend this. You may think you are India and not Dubai. The worst of it all they have 8 nightclubs with load music until 4am. None of these are diverse and all play Indian music. Is great for those who want to explore the Indian culture. The staff are friendly. Be aware that the spa and sauna come at an extra charge. My biggest regret 😪 it was also my first time in Dubai. It was a complete waste of money fell ill after not being able to get a decent night sleep.

Hi! We stayed here for a few days. The service was very good. We totally love the staff. The only part that can be improved is the elevator situation. It can get very busy at times and people don't wait nicely. Special shout out to Krishan & Rhitek & Faizel! (And of course the rest of the staff)

The front reception was littered. The front reception couches are worn down and have no strenght in them. The rooms need repairs. Walls have marks and the TV's are from 90's. I don't recommmend anyone from North America to enter this hotel.

The worse hotel I have ever been .smells was like……! Food was very bad and low quality. The rooms smells very bad and old. Don’t even go to this hotel even if you have to. So disappointed! I reserved this hotel because was close to US embassy but I couldn’t even sleep there . The lift was so slow and the crowed was crazy!

There is nothing to like. 1. It is not a 4 starts hotel 2. There are only 2 elevators and took me 10 minutes to get a ride (up and down). The elevator was always full of people 3. The toilet spred an unbelievable smell and when I called they brought someone with an air freshener. It didn't help at all. I couldnt sleep and had to change to another room. Same smell form time to time 4. An alarm noice starts shouting at random times Daily and after midnight. It woke me up every time. No answer from receptionists on what it was 5. Etc

What I really like was the transfer pioneer luxury cars llc 24 hours pick and drop! They helped me a lot! Service desk was very nice! I was on the 20th floor to much noise in my room! Sometimes we had to wait 15 min for the lift pfff!

First day met Krishna at the reception. Very friendly, very accommodating and pleasant . From there 3 days was just awesome.This hotel is Very convenient for me .All the staff I met were helpful and kind and I had a great stay . My only request is put shower curtains in the bathrooms to prevent water falling on the tiles..Will definitely book again.

Good staff but not enough lifts for guests only 2 lifts. The presence of clubs within the hotel also means it gets a bit rowdy on weekends. Good access to supermarkets and street foodt. shop nearby has very good and cheap tea

This hotel does have one thing that I like and that is the restaurant/bar called "Sundowners." The things I didn't like is the room we were given didn't have a walk in shower so finally Customer Service moved us to a room with a walk in shower. Next thing was there was no iron in the room, no slippers, and the smell throughout the hotel is not good. This hotel is way different than before due to it being under new management. Lastly, we asked multiple times for towels and shampoo and didn't receive until we checked out. Unacceptable hotel for any traveler.

It's not suitable for family vacations. The building is too old, cleanness was poor, has too many lounges/clubs, is noisy, and a lot of people traffic inside the lobby just for 2 elevators. They have a limited buffet breakfast. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
