For the price,i paid $124/night for a lousy room.It was dilapidated,neglected very old roomThe drawers are old and dirty.I will rate this hotel 0.5.The towel racks are full of rust.You have to look for a space to hang towels to avoid the rust ,The towels are very old and full of holes.The refrigerator was very dirty and rusty.The drawer handles are falling apart.Very good fake photos.Maybe good presentation but in reality it is BAD

This is my worst experience. The hotel smells horrible and there are bugs everywhere. I spent only 2 hours then I left to another hotel. They are not friendly at all.

Riktigt dåligt. Det var mögel på rummet. Inte städat fick vänta i över en timma innan vi fick komma in på rummet. Otrevlig personal. Vi bytte hotell dagen efter.

Know what you’re getting into
This hotel taught me to read the reviews before booking. This hotel is not worth it for the price you pay. Check in staff were rude and always made you wait. They also took our passports and tried to make us pay the taxes twice to get them back. The rooms, although spacious, were dirty, with hundreds of bugs all over the bed, walls, floors and counters. There were loud noises outside of our room all day and night (maybe a generator?) that would wake us up. The showers never got hot, or even warm. Wifi was on and off, when it was good it was good when it was bad, it was bad. Location is ok, close to some small stores and about a 7 min walk to the metro, however, almost any place you’d want to go is a two zone from this metro stop. Overall, I would NOT recommend and I will not be staying there again. If it’s a last resort, it’s a place to sleep, but if you have any choice in the matter, choose somewhere else.

It was really nice , the receptionist have problem understanding. When I was trying to explaining a problem. The washing machine licked in our room. Nobody come to clean it. Because of the water the carpets were smelling so bad. The whole night. Besides that we really enjoyed stayed there.

The Absolute Worst Stay of My Life
I leave reviews when the experience is either fantastic or absolutely atrocious. This is a case of the latter. I've never been in a more disgusting, run down, decrepit, and absolutely horrid place to stay, as I have with this "hotel". Not to mention the sketchy nature of the area, as told by locals. We were transiting through Dubai for 8 hours, and decided to find some place near the airport to rest our heads; many places were booked, and the nearby available hotels were much more expensive. We understood that for the price, this would be a no frills experience. What we did not expect was the run down nature of the hotel - nothing worked; air conditioner wouldn't cool beyond a hard limit of 26 C, the toilet would need multiple flushes, the faucet felt as though it was going to fall apart, the shower head trickled water at best. It was a nightmare. This is nothing compared to the disgusting nature of the room and hotel. The room was rancid; it smelt of backed up pipes, and as though a dead body had been left to fester within the room. A truly disgusting and horrid smell one would hope to never experience again. Suffice it to say, we checked out almost as quickly as we checked in, and headed to the airport to enter a lounge, and rest. As a warning to those considering this hotel - don't. I question the nature of past reviews, and find it hard to believe that anyone could have had a decent stay at this hotel, given the nature of our room and the general condition of hotel.

The staff are sympa but I was so sorry about 154 aeu local money for tax that I didn't received advice on it they refused to provide us breakfast as by innattention I didn't click.their internet very poor they blocked any call and also their tv programme so football or soccer so we missed barca vs real de madrid

At the heart of Deira
Tourism fees that you have to pay every time you book the hotels online I wished they don't have to pay that fees. It is like hidden fees that they collect at the hotel before check-in. Although Expedia stated that it will be collected but other than that the hotel was great. Lot of pedestrian traffic in the street

DO NOT STAY HERE
Horrible, room provided wasn't what we asked for so moved rooms 3 times. Once we finally got the right room, it was dirty and run down. Room had cockroaches, no towels or toilet paper, and was just a nightmare. We did not stay long and had to find a different hotel

立地は良い
ゴールドスークなどは徒歩圏内で立地は良い。 フロントスタッフは英語が流暢で礼儀正しいが、清掃等のスタッフはあまり教育されていない。 チェックインの後にセキュリティー上の問題だとか言って、一度部屋に入っているにも関わらず部屋を変更された。 グレードアップだといっていたが、部屋に入るとシングルベッドが3台あったが、明らかにダウングレードされた部屋だった。

I understand that is a low budget motel, but a poor hotel doesn’t mean that has to be dirty or infested with cockroaches. Hotel needs tons of maintenance, people deserve better even if they pay cheap!! In this case “you really get for what you pay”

Joes Apartment the title of a movie with lots of roaches u would c one on your bed laying down then there another one when u wake up n the morning so I sleepy with lights on but that didn't scare them away very disgusting place I would love to get my money back since I went to the Marriott hotel for the rest of trip

i did not stay in this hotel because they did not allow me to stay as i was with my wife and they asked a certificate of marriage which i never carry it whith me then they told me our policy of the hotel not allowed for me to stay then i asked to give me my money back but they said i should ask you means Hotels .com because i paid for you so pls if you can return my money back to same credit card .

Wat een ongelofelijke ouwe pleuris bende en vies de bedden waren niet verschoond de ramen konden niet fatsoenlijk dicht en veel herrie van straat de badkamer was ronduit smerig 1x noooit weer we wilden een goedkope kamer ivm paar uurtjes slapen voor een nachtvlucht maar beter 5 uur op de luchthaven als dit en er word aangegeven dat er gratis parkeren is dit klopt ook niet je betaalt gewoon per uur in de p garage
