It's just ok.Close to Baskin Robins 31 Ice cream shop and a convenience store. But the hotel breakfast is not ok. Little expansive. I don't want to recommed for a business traveler. But for the family traveler should be not bad.

Intense tobacco smell imposible to sleep in
Premiun location walking distance to MOE, I had to pay 10 Aed as tax fee blah blah. Unfortunately couldn’t sleep as picked non smoking room however tobacco smell was so intense I couldn’t stop coughing all night long.

Entourage très bruyant entreprise de location de voiture en bah des fenêtre impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouvert (lavage de voiture et essaie des véhicule h24 sur le parking )

Too small bath rooms , only one pillow per person was given. Advertised and charge as premium aparthotel. Very poorly maintained property. Sofas and chair are not well cleaned, stained on all cushions. Not worth for the money in that location.

The apt hotel is in a very good location, The Mall of Emirates is within walking distance along with grocery stores. The staff was really courteous while checking in and at all other times. The room was nice and very clean and was a reasonable size.

Not what it used to be
Tredje gången på detta hotell. Har tidigare varit väldigt nöjd vilket var anledningen till att jag bokade här igen, men denna gången var jag väldigt besviken. Ingen städning och trots 3 uppmaningar fick jag inte påfyllt toapapper heller. Mycket ny personal vilket var en stor besvikelse.

Value for money, good customer service
The Manager is fantastic! He is sooo good in customer service! The place is small however, value for money, walkable distance to nearest shop for any urgent stuff. We get taxies well. Ifnthere is an issue, you just need to inform and they help you immediately.

10 minutes walk to Emirates mall or metro station. Unfortunately bed was extremely hard and air conditioning was not great. You get what you pay for so it doesn't cost much too stay here so don't expect too much.

Comfortable stay in a nice hotel
The service form the front of the house at both the check in and check out was very efficient. On the last day we requested the taxi to the airport which was organised efficiently and contacted in advance for confirmation and also once the driver arrived.

今回フライトが夜中の０時だったので、それまでの数時間を過ごしました。他のホテルでプールやビーチに入ったので帰国前どうしてもシャワーに入りたかったのです。シャワーは少し冷たかったので、もう少し温度を高くしてほしいです。数時間過ごすにはお得だと思いました。

otelin yeri güzel, alışveriş merkezine çok yakın. Jumeriah beach e 3 km civarı uzaklıkta. Mall of the Emirates'e olan yakınlığı ulaşım açısından da çok faydalı. Metro ve tur otobüs durağı oldukça yakın. Odada çamaşır makinesi, fırın, ocak, mikrodalga, kettle var. Yani mutfak tam donanımlı. Banyo biraz eskiydi, daha iyi olabilirdi. Wifi yeterliydi.

Nice hotel close to Mall of the Emirates. Nice sized room and small kitchenette. I had issues with the hot water system (no hot water at all) - it took a few enquiries at the front desk but they managed to fix it for me by the end of the day. Pool was closed without notice.

Hotel near Mall of the Emirates
About 10mins walk from Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. The suite offers a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven and washing machine. The layout of the suite is a bit strange. You can only watch TV in the living room area, but not on the bed. The bed is separated from the living room by a partition. Bathroom is old and small.

Ex- Park Inn Radisson Apartments, o apart hotel agora é Mena Apartments - por isso não havia informação no Google de como chegar. A localização é muito boa: fica ao lado do Mall of Emirates - onde vc encontra um Carrefour, casas de câmbio, praça de alimentação, várias lojas e o famoso Ski Dubai. Na mesma rua estão outros hotéis, alguns restaurantes, rent a car, cafeteria e um mini market. Há duas estações de metrô bem próximas - o que facilita o deslocamento até as principais atrações de Dubai, já que a cidade é muito espalhada, cheia de vias rápidas e não foi projetada pensando nos pedestres - vc precisa de carro, ou metrô para chegar praticamente em todos os lugares. O hotel é agradável e prático. O saguão é pequeno, assim como a área da piscina (meio tosca e apertada) e a sala fitness - com uma mini sauna (gratuita). O apartamento onde ficamos - suíte júnior - era grande, com cozinha equipada: microondas, geladeira/freezer, fogão, mas poucos talheres, pratos e copos. A cama era confortável. O banheiro é um pouco apertado, com box e um bom chuveiro. Todos os dias eles repõem para vc kits para preparar café e chá, além de duas garrafas de água mineral. Dependendo do seu estilo de viagem, e se quer um lugar com comodidade, praticidade e facilidades próximas, para se deslocar e conhecer Dubai, sem luxo e os extras de um resort na beira da praia, vale o custo x benefício.

Hotel for smokers only
They gave us the smokers room (we were with child!) and refused to change it also. The smell was disgusting - we have to wash all the clothes when get back home. The room was quite old and worn out, also dirty. Cockroaches running around. Bathrobes and slippers were promised but we never got those. The kettle did not work. We could not close the window properly - very noisy all the time because the highway right there. Weak WIFI. Mold in the bathroom. I could continue long. When we wanted to leave earlier because of that, they refused to give us our money back (it was paid for 4 days). Only good thing was outside pool - large and sunny. Very clean area and cool, refreshing water. The staff there was helpful and nice.

Lovely Hotel, great location
I was delighted with the Park Inn Apartment Hotel, it's a lovely hotel. We had a junior suite which was more than adequate for the two of us and very comfortable. It is in a very good location, very near to the Mall of the Emirates. We either walked up or down to the metro stops; sometimes we walked outside to the stop up from the hotel instead of the stop through the Mall. We bought a travel card for the Metro as we used it daily, all you need to do is keep it topped up and the staff in the metro stations were very helpful in how to use and top up the card. Taxis are quite cheap but the traffic can be bad so use the metro if possible. We used the top floor pool and Jacuzzi, the days we used it we were the only ones there so it was great ! We didn't use the restaurant at all but it looked nice enough and always had people in it. I would definitely use this hotel again and definitely refer to family and friends

Good location but needs a lot
We arrived late but the checkin was horrible. We were told to wait just a bit that the room will be ready but after a long wait we head out for launch. The staff was like just wait another 15minutes your room will be ready but we said is better to eat first as they've been saying that for long. After a long launch, we went back and the room was not ready. Later they gave us the room, you can see that it was just rushed and made...single room converted to double. The bedside light was right on top of my head as its mounted on the wood meant for single bed. The seating area can seat 2 people on the chair but not in relaxing way. The breakfast was just boring, sometimes with a mistake that they have to go even go fix it after my wife insisted. The bed was facing the window and not the tv, I never see that, so if you want to watch tv you must be on the uncomfortable chair...I think its apartment they try to turn it into hotel but not getting the touch. At checkout the man slide my card like multiple times and block it, he insist cash, but I gave him another card and told him to do it only once then it worked...
