Hotel to avoid
Entrée dans la chambre vers 17h00 et non a 14h00 comme prevue et marqué dans les conditions. Chambre Salle et mal odorante. Literie moyennement propore.

Greetings from SANMARCO HOTEL, normally our check in time is 13:00 but very rarely we are facing the issue of room shortage, unfortunately it append on your check in date(19/02/2019) we are apologizes for that. but we give to you room with in 40 minutes as per your reservation but you need room with street view, so that time we don't have rooms available with street view. so you agree to waiting for that kinds of room,we are informed to you it will be take time because another guest wanna check out after we wanna make that room for you, so obviously it will be take more time. anyway we sincerely apologize for your room delay

WONDERFUL LITTLE PLACE
The staff was amazing (Fayaz, Waqas, Sahaj*). There's only Russians staying there somehow & I was the only 'other' but it was quite OK. Bathroom could be bleached & also add shower gel. No WIFI in room, too. Overall, wonderful place & staff. Terribly miss it already.

Hyvä ja edullinen kahden tähden hotelli. Siisti ja tilava (mutta kulunut) huone. Paikallisasutusalueella, metroasema vähän turhan kaukana, mutta ihan käveltävissä.

Under the flightpath
This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was right under the flightpath from the nearby airport and I was woken repeatedly in the middle of the night by aircraft noise. There was also quite a lot of noise from people in the street even in the early hours of the morning. Otherwise, the hotel was adequate but not brilliant. Most of the other guests seemed to be Russian. The included breakfast buffet was very limited.

Stay only if you do not have any other option
Hotel is in very poor condition with a lot of man who seating or lying on stairs outside of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is not testy and you do not have variety of food or soft drink to chose. You can not use wifi in room or gym until or spa until you pay. Rooms are too small and very old and on TV you have only 4 channels.

This hotel doesn't deserve what I paid for ..room was not clean . Also bed was not comfortable. Shoer handle was not working.

It was amazing even when my flight was cancelled they managed to get me a room even when it seemed like they were fully booked

Cheap hotel for tight budget
Many taxi drivers wouldn't even go to the area. Food very poor. Had to ask 3 times for a key card that worked. Pool area was dirty.

Great staff and a good location
San Marco hotel is a great welcome to those who are in Dubai for the first time.The staff are like no other, they're very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable and are some of the nicest people ever. Exciting excursions can be arranged upon request by staff. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for hospitality.
