Dear Mrs. Kronmiller, Greetings for the day and we thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about your discomfort the last time you stayed. It also came as a surprise to us, considering how satisfied you were during your previous stays these past years. On that note, we believe that you are mistaken when you referred to a resort fee since you also know that we are a city hotel, and the only fee (payable to the hotel) imposed by the government when you stay is a Tourism Dirham fee. It is a custom in most hotels to not provide any washing products due to health concerns such as allergy issues, etc. and this is the same standard being implemented over the past years. It is a misfortune that we were not given the opportunity to rectify the situation, as you have not brought any of these concerns on our attention (including your internet connectivity issue. Rest-assured that we have one of the fastest internet speed in the area) as our staff are well-trained and very professional to handle any incident like this.
