전체적인 만족도는 그리 높지 않음
전체적으로 모든 너무 노후하며 청결하지 못하다는 느낌이었음. 직원의 친절도와 적극성도 아쉬웠음. 커피 포트가 없으며 첫날엔 샤워기에서 온수가 나오지 않았으며 둘째날 부터는 나왔으나 수압이 너무 낮았음. 그러나 주변에 식당가등 번화가가 형성되어 있는점과 비교적 잘 터지는 와이파이는 좋았음.

It will be good for long-term
It will be good for long-term and family traveller. Room is clean and big. You can wash your cloth in Room. It will be very useful, because Dubai is so hot these days.

I humbly request to all don't saty this hotel until they have not changed their facility, behaveiour and services. Me and my son stayed for 7 nights and we faced lots of problems which are as follows. 1) very dirty room and not enough towels. 2) They have not provided two bottles of drinking water everybday what they have mentioned at the time of booking. 3) I got bug and lots of dirt on the table top. 4) TV was not working. 5) Not enough light for the room. 6) Only one charging point available in the room. 7) Iron was old and they don't provide for enough time. 8) Limited items in the breakfast and all are junk foods. 9) We had food poising bucause of foods from that breakfast and resturant which was on the groundfloor. 10) Noisy.

Bon hôtel. Confort acceptable dans l'ensemble. Internet disponible à la réception mais problème de connexion internet dans la chambre. La télévision n'était pas branchée non plus. Propreté toilettes bonne avec eau chaude disponible.

Noisy, not clean, and zero amenities. Rooms are not soundproof and noises from 2 clubs on M floor feel as if they are next room on level 3. The staff has no etiquette and make noieses when cleaning the floor in early morning. The pool has no lounge chairs...

WORST HOTEL- NOT WHAT WAS POSTED
IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN DUBAI.. IT SHOULD BE 0STAR, THE BATHROOM DRAINAGE IS FLOODED SO IF U TAKE SHOWER OF WASH FACE IN THE SINK IT FLOODS THE WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS SO OLD, THE BELOW COVER WAS REMOVED, YOU CAN SEE THE ROTTING WOOD. FURNITURE FIXTURES WAS OLD. DIRTY MUGS WITH NAME "OYO". THE HANDLE OF CUPBOARDS WAS NOT EVEN REPLACE. I CAN SEND THE PICTURES FOR A PROOF. EVEN THE BATHROOM TILES SO DIRTY WITH BLACK MOLDS ON THE GROUTING.WE REQUESTED FOR A KING SIZE AS PER BOOKED AND GIVEN A 2 BEDS PUSHED TOGETHER. PLEASE HAVE IT CHECK WHEN YOU PARTNER YOURSELF WITH HOTELS LIKE THIS. RECEPTION EVEN TOLD US WE CAN CANCEL IF WE DONT WANT. WHAT IS THAT SERVICE?. IF WE HAVE AN OPTION ON THE SPOT WE COULD HAVE CANCELLED IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. AND READ THE REVIEWS. IT IS REALLY SO DAMN DIRTY.

Nästan inget. De städar inte om man inte säger det. Alltid oljud från hotellet och störs mycket. Ac är idag hela natten urfunktion. Just nu klockan är 0046 och jag har jätte varmt i mitt rum. Jag är väldigt trött och sömnlös ich väntar hotellet fixar Rums AC. Vansinnit att betala och kan inte använda sitt rum 👚😠

The furniture is very old. Carpets old, dirty and really tired. The room and bedtype reserved was not acailable. There is a noisy discotheque amonsgt the guest rooms. Rooms are only cleaned on guests request yet the guest are not informed that they need to make such requests. It was grnerally not a pleasant experience and the staff and management didnt seem concerned to help correct the bad situation.

The worst hotel ever, I checked in the 20th of Feb til the 24th of Feb 2022, they checked me in room 205 the room was dirty I never seen something like this in my lifetime smell, noise, Tv no working and I even could not eat in the room, the day after they moved me to room 714 same dirt even the last days there’s were no internet in the hotel and I have to go to McDonald’s to do my work. Moreover the night club and loud music til 4am. I never thought there’s a dirty hotel like this in Dubai and I don’t advise anyone to stay there

Avoid at all cost
The worst hotel experience ever. More like a night club than a hotel. Prostitution is rife in the hotel. Couldn't get a peaceful night sleep. Please avoid if you traveling with kids.

Beware of cockroaches!!
It is the worst hotel i have come across. The staff are rude the manager is aware of cockroaches however no pest control. Night club music is loud and can be heard in the rooms. The rooms are so out dated and bathroom as damp on every corner. Its a disgusting place!

Отель ужасный!Грязно!Шумно!Остановилась с детьми,номер был грязный,тараканы!Благо обратилась на ресепшн,номер заменили!Персонал отличный, это как-то сгладило негативное впечатление!

The staff were very friendly but the hotel room was atrocious. The carpet was filthy and had burn marks and stains all over it. I certainly would not walk in my bare feet it was so bad. The bathroom was very poor with mould and stains everywhere. We were not given any towels and therefore I didn’t use the shower, although even if we had towels i still would not have used it. There was a nightclub and we could hear extra loud music right up till 3.00am. We only used it as a stopover for a few hours sleep as I certainly would not has lasted any longer. I have stayed in a better hostel than this and certainly would class it as a poor 1 star. I had booked it for my return journey as another stopover but had to cancel as I could not bear to think of another few hours staying here. The bed was 2 x singles put together but they were different heights. Furniture was very old and worn. Staff were nice and pleasant but hotel was just AWFUL.
