Great place to stay
Nice apartments with kitchen area make living here a real comfort compart to your normal hotel room. Friendly staff kept my suit which I had forgotten for over a month until I returned.

Backpacker only
OK to use this hotel if you just need a place to leave your bags for a day. Glad we didn't have to stay overnight. Very dated, gloomy and insects crawling out of grout when the shower was turned on. Only one of the showers provided hot water. OK if you're backpacking for the price but not an enjoyable stay. Much, much better available in Dubai. Lady at check-in was very nice though.

I have stayed there before but the rooms seem to have deteriorated. There was a smell and the humidifier they put in the room didn’t help.

Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Неплохие апартаменты, недалеко от метро, магазинов. Описание номера соответствовало информации на сайте, легко можно добраться на метро на разных частей города

The hotel was amazing the staff superb especially Anwal always smiling, the only thing I found bad about Asfar is the bathroom need some serious cleaning and also to upgrade the old trowels. I will visit there again if I have the chance no doubt.

The experience in Asfar is just ok. the one bedroom apartment is pretty good for atleast four people to occupy. But they need to indicate that in their website. Guest like me will understand if they need to pay extra for additional person in the room. But the overall rating of this hotel is good.

Hôtel pas cher, juste bien pour dormir.
- déjà il faut le trouver, il n'est pas sur l'avenue, mais caché derrière l'Hamarain centre (45A street). - pas de breakfast, on a tout acheté dans un supermarché à côté. Presque pas de vaisselle, rien pour laver, essuyer. Pas de papier toilette en plus. - Pas d'eau chaude dans l'une des sdb. - Beaucoup de bruit des avions décollant de l'aéroport juste à coté. Conclusion : on comprend pourquoi il n'est pas cher. Parfait pour rester visiter Dubaï quelques jours dans se ruiner, juste pour dormir.

Unsatisfied. I requested for slippers and extra towel but not delivered in the room i even went to the reception but it was no given and informed to deliver on our room but nothing. Also hair blower is not available... router is in the room yet no wifi can be connected. I requested for double bed but they just combined 2single beds.. the room was spacious and clean but poor service and cant comply to customer needs

Our room did not receive daily housekeeping. We had to ask for clean towels and more tissue. There was no Wi-Fi.

Large room 7minutes to airport
We were only there fo 9 hours in between flights. Just wanted a place to sleep and shower and that was fine. It was a large room with kitchen but with no tea or coffee making provisions provided. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great. The only problem is that the room smelt of cigarette smoke which made me quite congested. There is no restaurant on site and the staff were not very forthcoming in giving us directions to somewhere we could have breakfast. We had to check out and wander the streets and then as someone for a breakfast recommendation which was actually very near our hotel and had amazing food for a very good price

Hôtel très propre et accueillant
Hôtel appartement très propre, service de chambre efficace et rapide pour toute demande (même une balance professionnelle poilue peser nos bagages avant notre départ à 23h!) Petit inconvénient: la machine lave/sèche linge ne sèche pas vraiment peu importe le temps de séchage qu'on programme. On a du alors demander 2 sèches linges ( on était 5) ce qui a réglé le problème. En tous les cas très heureuse de notre séjour !!

Hotel Apartment for Family with young kid
The hotel is within walking distance to the malls, supermarket and subway. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and cooking utensils where you can cook meals if so preferred. The apartment is spacious and suited for family with young kids.

Not reccomended
I would not recommend staying here due to the noise from the airport, the outdated rooms and the poor management, with the management being the main reason. My wife and I checked in. We had booked a one bedroom. They had none left when we checked in. The front desk staff joyfully said that we had been upgraded. We were pleased. We spent the next day on a day trip to Khasab and were gone until 8:00 PM. We could have been gone longer, but we wanted to change before dinner. When we got back to the hotel, we had been locked out of the room. It turns out that they had rented our “upgraded” room to someone else and needed us to move. Not at our convenience, or the next morning, but right then. They had our cell phone number, but did not bother calling. So we wasted a chunk of our evening packing, moving and unpacking. The management did not seem to understand why this was annoying, or maybe they just did not care. They were willing to sacrifice a guest’s vacation time if it meant a few more dollars for them. The rooms were outdated. Our phone in the bathroom had wires hanging out. The “kitchenette” is a mini fridge and a two burner hot plate. This hotel was the low point of our vacation to Dubai. You would do better staying elsewhere.

Won't be disappointed
Stayed here with family and my son who is two years old. Nice and quite family hotel. No issues with disruption from neighbours. Clean and open spaced for little one to stretch his legs. There is a mall opposite hotel - can change your money here and on the next street there is a huge super market which you can stock up your fridge - milk, water bread cereal etc etc. To get to this you must use the bridge to cross will take around 5-8mins to reach. To get to one of the main streets where there better restaurants and shop in the area, will take around 15mins to walk. I would stay here again because it was value for money and suitable for my son needs. Not forgetting if you decide to stay in the hotel for the day food can be delivered to your room - subway, kfc, McDonald's and/or local foods. Staff friendly and supportive - a credit to them.

Helt greit hotellet med 10 minutters biltur fra flyplassen. Vi bodde på et 2 roms leilighet som var på ganske bra størrelse. Man hører fly men vi har en tendens til å tune den ut støyet. Vi leide to rom delt på 3 voksne hver og på begge rommene ble det veldig mye søl på baderommene (tilsammen 4 bad) som jeg syns er kjedelig for neste man som skal bruke baderommet. Ikke veldig bra vifte/ventilasjon på liten bad/WC. Veldig hjelpsom og serviceorientert personell. Det er to t-bane linjer i Dubai og begge stasjoner er på ca. 5 minutters avstand i motsatt retninger. Det er en kjedelig senter rett over gate hvor man kan ta ut kontakter fra mini-bank, kjøpe kaffe og fylle på kontaktkortet. Det er en shoppingsenter på 5 minutters gå tur hvor man kan kjøpe melk, brød, vann osv. Noen få restauranter i områder men de har vi ikke prøvd. Litt vanskelig å få 7 seter taxi men hotellet kan bestille.

Had a nice time in Dubai. I love apartment style hotels because I can do my laundry and cook my own food if I chose too. Al Rigga Metro station is about a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was amazing, specialy Sandeep and everything was delivered to your door since its a bit remote, didn't like I had to walk to the main street for a taxi

该酒店优点是条件蛮不错，配有各种生活用品配置，厨具餐具设备，房间足够大宽敞舒适，服务热情！适合自游和家庭一起做饭吃！ 缺点是距离地铁站较远不方便；在最后半天，酒店是2PM前退房时间，结果给上网时间过中午12点就停了；急着办理网上业务突然中断，经电话前台10分钟后又补了一个钟上网，结果到1:30又中断网络，给网上业务增添不少麻烦，希望改进下，至少让客人用到1:55网络才好吧！

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, blisko lotniska, darmowy parking. Niestety WI-FI pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Aneks kuchenny (jest nawet kuchenka mikrofalowa) pozwala na ewentualne przygotowanie posiłku we własnym zakresie. W pobliżu doskonały sklep z pamiątkami (chyba najtańszy w Dubaju, ale też największy). Cena za pokój mogłaby być nieco niższa...

Spacious apartments, close to city centre
Nice apartments very handy to the old centre. Two separate bedrooms so good for family with teenagers. Supermarket 1 block away. Shopping mall 5 min walk. Would stay here again.

Well located but in need of updating
This is not a great hotel but good value for money. There were five adults in our group and this was the only place which did not charge for six. It is located a short walk from red and green line metro stations. Rather shabby in places and urgently needs updating. The apartment was only cleaned on request.

Stopover in Dubai
Hotel met our needs for accommodation, but lacked some rather basic kitchen items. e.g. no pod or plunger coffee equipment,toaster had wrong plug type for Dubai, no plug for kitchen sink to allow washing of the four coffee cups. Hotel was near old areas of Dubai, needed Metro to access newer parts of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and made genuine efforts to meet our requests and needs.
