kamer prima,bed tv en badkamer prima.Receptie prima. Maar het aanvullen van artikelen zeep,wc papier enz was echt waardeloos door de schoonmakers en hun manager die ik er zeker 10 keer heb op aangesproken. helpt niet.dan weer vergeten hand doeken op te hangen of kamer niet schoongemaakt.pannen heel oud met dikke krassen,na 3 weken kreeg ik eindelijk een andere pan na veel vragen.Volgens de manager is het probleem dat ik een long stay gast ben.(die snap er echt niets van.Ik was eerder in dit hotel geweest een paar weken.Maar de problemen zijn niet opgelost.

5 days staying for couple
The check in was really fast, but the receptionist didn’t inform me about any facilities and any tools in the hotel, plus I had some flies and insects in my room and the staff didn’t care about it. I asked about the spray around 15 times - I called every 30 min to remind about me but senseless. So I got it 1 day later evening time. The housekeeping was nice and cute and I asked to clean the room and the did it pretty fast . In general it’s ok for the money we paid.

Good value for money in a nice area
Overall it was good, I stayed 1.5 month, good be better but it was OK. Good value for money I guess. Needs bit more organization, things were forgotten all the time but they would rush do them once you reminded. Food was not good at all; had to dine in unfortunately regularly, they had 1-2 dishes that were OK but they were not served the same second time.

Hotel location is great, the problem with service, its should be furnished hotel apartment but its not fully or good equipped, they still use old equipment, old sheet, old towels. Bad TV channel and no clear channels, Wifi is too slow and limited for two devices per room. I think they have old mentality management.

Though it is termed as apartment hotel, its room are comparable to any 3/4 star hotel. It includes washing machine, kitchen and refridgerator.

駅から近く便利
駅から徒歩１５分の場所にホテルがあります。 場所は地図だと簡単に分かりそうですが、実際は分かり分かりにくいので注意が必要である。 ホテルの部屋は写真の通り広く快適に過ごすことができた。バスタブも広い。室内には電子レンジと湯沸しポット、冷蔵庫、キッチンが装備されているが、食器と鍋は汚れていたのが残念であった。 スーパーのカルフールがホテルのすぐ近くにあるので便利であった。 値段等をトータルで考えれば、お勧めできるホテルだと思う。

All in all a good stay
The chairs and carpets were a little dirty and in need of replacing. The bathroom was quite dark - no windows and no light over the shower. The wifi wouldn't even reach as far as the front door in our room and did stop working from time to time. They say there are balconies but they'd locked the door shut and there was a sign saying it was due to safety and because of the air conditioning. They shouldn't advertise a balcony if you can't use it. The most disappointing part was the fact when I booked the hotel it said there was a shuttle service to a few places - Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Mall being two of them. When we got there we were told there wasn't so we had to spend a lot of money on taxis that we hadn't budgeted for. I think since this they've removed that from the website but very misleading. The beds were very comfortable and the room service food was lovely though. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the cleaner we had who even remembered we liked lots of teabags and sweetener! The gym was great, and clean. The pool on the roof is very small so you have to get there early to get a sunbed which wasn't ideal as we couldn't relax in the sun on the balcony if we couldn't fit up there...

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement qui permets de se rendre facilement dans les points incontournable de la ville de Dubaï, le personnel est tres acceuillant et à l'écoute dès besoins de ces occupants ,en particulier le réceptionniste Mr Abdallah . Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans cette hôtel avec un tarif très correct .

Very clean and beautiful studios and apartments, providing all facilities you may require. Staff was cooperative but room service was slow to respond sometimes. Bed mattress was way too staff but other factors compendated well, including a really nice balcony and bathroom. Overall a very nice stay

My Sisters & I had all flown in from different parts of the World, to attend our Dear Nephew's Destination Wedding in Dubai... The Grand Belle Vue Hotel was beyond our Expectations, as we picked it out several others we saw on the internet...And I dare say 4 Day our Stay was Amazing indeed!... Good value hotel
Stayed for 2 nights, clean hotel & room, subway just across the road, good for snacks. Pools on roof very small & very small area, so maybe not good for long stays, also pools are separate for men & women, so not good for couples or families. Overall it suited us as a short stay, 10 mins by taxi to marina area, 15 to Dubai mall. Everywhere in Dubai is spread out so taxi needed but they are very cheap. Good hotel for what we needed & good value for money. Would recommend.

Hotel mittig gelegen zu jumeirah Strand als auch marina. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung. Metro und Bus zu den Stränden in laufnähe. Sheik zayed road schnell erreichbar. Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden. Taxis direkt vor der Tür.

Splendido Hotel a 4 stelle
Personale dell'hotel super gentile e disponibile, camere molto comode spaziose con incluso angolo cucina (fornello elettrico, lavandino, lavatrice, frigorifero). Si ha anche una piscina con sauna palestra e bagno turco. Unica cosa negativa è la posizione dell'hotel: 1) distante circa 1 km dalla metro, a piedi è scomoda raggiungerla a causa del gran caldo. 2) per andare al mare è indispensabile prendere il taxi, in quanto con i mezzi bisogna prendere due autobus differenti ed aspettare quasi un'ora sotto al sole (in una fermata non era presente nemmeno qualcosa per stare all'ombra, immagine cosa significa aspettare l'autobus a Dubai sotto il sole). A parte la posizione poco comoda, l'hotel è veramente molto bello ed elegante e lo consiglierei a chiunque!

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL
I CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR LOCATION. MY ROOM SMELT OF STALE FOOD AND THERE WERE STAINS ON THE CARPET. THE BATHROOM TILES STILL HAD SOMEONE ELSE'S SHAMPOO OR SHOWER GEL SQUIRTED ON THEM THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE! THE CEILING HAD OBVIOUSLY PREVIOUSLY HAD A BAD LEAK AND HAD BAD BROWN, LUMPY STAINS ON IT. THE COOKING EQUIPMENT WAS GREASY LOOKING AND HAD FOOD MARKS ON IT. THE CARPET WAS STAINED IN SEVERAL PLACES. THE DINING CHAIRS WERE ALSO STAINED AND I NEVER SAT ON THEM, NOT EVEN ONCE.

Lukewarm water in the bathroom and overall unclean
Although I complained the first morning of my 8 day stay I never was able to have a hot shower. The water in the bathroom was always lukewarm at best. Overall , the hotel is very well worn and quite dirty. The lampshade by my bed had blood on it from someone who had smacked a mosquito. I had to ask for replacement of bath gel several times as none was left during the daily room cleaning. I once returned to my room at 6 pm and the room had not been cleaned at all (The only reason I did not move hotels is that it was a convenient location in relation to the conference I was attending and I was too tired at the end of the day to think of changing hotels)
