리조트안에만 있기는 좋음
호텔의 서비스나 상태는 매우 좋았으며 풀도 가족들이 사용할 수 있는 풀과 성인들만 사용할 수 있는 풀로 나누어져 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 무료 셔틀버스가 운행이 되긴했지만 두바이 시내와는 거리가 있었으며 공항에서 호텔까지 메트로로 거의 한시간 정도가 걸렸으며 부폐가 기대에 못미쳤습니다.

더 있고 싶었던 호텔
별로 수영을 좋아하지 않아 둘러보기만했지만, 전용 수영장과 호텔 앞으로 더 가면 나오는 전용 비치가 굉장히 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 인테리어가 리조트느낌으로 이뻤고, 조식도 나름 만족스러웠습니다.

Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel ist zwar älter aber trotzdem schön. Die Zimmer sind im Orientstil gehalten, sodass es zu Dubai passt. Fussläufig ist alles in der Marina erreichbar. Auch die Metro ist nach 25min zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück ist groß und bietet für jeden etwas. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und würden es in JBR immer wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung passt.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai I was slightly disappointed with the Habatoor this time round. I stayed here last July for a quick break with my son and we both enjoyed the property although there was building work going on. This time with all the family I just think although a great hotel by European standards it’s just not got the polished finish that others in Dubai that I’ve stayed in has (zabeel zaray, medinat and Atlantis) disappointed that more extensive work was going on and that it was a messy site in that respect. Had some very good service but also some quite poor service as well at times. A good hotel for a more budget feeling 5 star in Dubai.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They went over and above to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We booked the Clubrooms that gave us assess to the Club lounge, the staff were so accommodating and would make vegetarian meals for my children. They hotel is located in a nice area, it’s quite but walking distance from all the restaurants and bars.

Hatten ein tolles Club Zimmer… Essen und Service in der Lounge fantastisch… die Hotelanlage an sich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Weg zum Strand durch die Anlage sehr lang. Der Strand wäre schön, wenn er besser gepflegt und die Liegen bequemer wären. Nur sehr kleiner Bereich zum schwimmen freigegeben. Am Strand ist das Personal auch sehr unfreundlich. Durch die positiven Erfahrungen mit der Lounge sind wir sehr zufrieden, ansonsten gibt es viel bessere Hotels in Dubai.

We had a wonderful vacation in this hotel. We found it a family-oriented hotel with a beautiful beach, great view, garden and pool. The staff were kind and tried to make our stay pleasant. Special thanks to Ranjit at the hotel reception.

Loved everything about the hotel, only thing I would have loved on top would have been to meet Mr Habtoor himself, he visited the hotel frequently but was unable to meet him. Maybe Next time!

Nice hotel, probably 4 rather than 5 stars. Staff nice and quick to address issues but lacks the personal service of 5 star. Exceptionally busy place and food in the restaurants is average at best despite twice the price of better restaurants nearby
