It was really disappointing ! The Cleaning staff threw away our property (cosmetics) in our room. We were even more upset about their attitude than the happening, because they didn't apologize at all !!! Anyway, Ibis compensated us by providing free airport transfer and the employee checked our flight. Ibis driver dropped us at Wrong airport Terminal. With few time before take off, we had to take a taxi from T1 to T2. As the wrong drop-off resulted from a mistake by Ibis staff, we had to spend extra money for another taxi. We asked Ibis to refund the taxi fare. To get it, we contacted them more than 5 times and it took 8 days. Terrible! Plus, Wifi didn't work well in the room.
