We were staying on the ocean side which was a bit noisy. But overall had a great stay. Beach and pool were very nice with an awesome view of Dubai skyline. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

Good stay
It was a great stay, we were very happy! The only topic was that there was too much noise in the morning from the room above us, especially from chairs that were moved. Would make sense to equip the furniture with noise reducing pads. Regards Kai

Im Grunde war es gut, jedoch ist Kempinski nicht das was man auf der Palme erwarten wird. Für die Leute die mehrere Hotels auf der Palme besucht haben ist da ein großes unterschied im Qualität zu bemerken. Die Bedienung am pool war wünschenswert, am Strand wird selten oder gar nicht gefragt ob man was trinken möchte. Es gibt einen kleinen Gym in einer ecke platziert, für so ein großes Hotel echt billig, nur mit nötigsten Geräte ausgestattet. Es gab keinen Shutellbus oder andere Transportmöglichkeit außer Taxi bis zu den Malls. Die gute Seite machten die Ladys in Red und Konsiege aus, die machten einen guten Job. Ebenfalls das reichliche und feine Frühstücksbuffet. Natürlich die großen Zimmer und der Poolbereich mit Poolbar und DJ. Vielen Dank

Great hideaway resort with top class service
The staff was amazing and when an issue arose, everything was done to fix it. The privacy, large residence and peace of the whole resort really allowed us to fully rest. Parking was easy and access to Dubai very convenient (more so than other locations closer to town).

Onze kamer was mooi en ruim en werd elke dag keurig schoongemaakt. We hadden een kamer met zwembad en hadden veel privacy op het terras en in het zwembad. De hotelmedewerkers waren er allemaal op gericht om het ons goed naar de zin te maken. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Er stonden ook veel flesjes drinkwater op de kamer die elke dag werden aangevuld.

I stort helt fantastiskt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Ligger på en lugn och vacker del av palmen. Bra frukost och jättebra service i allmänhet. De visste att jag fyllde år så de var jättegulliga och hade gjort i ordning rummet jättefint och bjöd på en födelsedagstårta både vid ankomsten och den dagen jag fyllde år.

Best Hotel
This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been in. Clean, luxurious, nice, great caring team since the first moment, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful cleaning service, great laundry service. It has all that you need to have a very special hotel experience. They always made sure to take the extra step to help us and make us happy. The concierge office always offered help and they actually helped us make reservations with restaurants and with airport ride when we left the office. This will be our first choice when we come back to Dubai (hopefully soon).

We can warmly recommend Kempinski Palm Jumeirah
Overall the hotel is amazing. We had a huge suite which was excellent. The hotel is family friendly (we have three kids :). Concierge did their utmost to help with our requests and most of the staff were professional and service minded. An improvement area is the service. Some of the staff forgot orders and sometimes the restaurants felt understaffed. We also had an unpleasant experience with a hostess at one of the restaurants but her behavior improved a lot after our feedback was given.

Lovely Week
We stayed in two rooms. The first was on the first floor so no views and was on the sea side so the traffic noise was heavy. Also the master bed mattress was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. But after some discussion we were moved up to the top floor and ironically the mattress in the master was the most comfortable I have slept on. The best part of the stay I must say was the hotel staff. From the check in, concierge to the wait staff, room service and housekeeping these are the true hero’s of the kempinski. Bravo on your hiring and training programs.

Luxus i særklasse
Rigtig dejligt hotel med masser af plads. Fin stor altan med adgang fra alle 3 værelser og god udsigt over vandet. Pool området har 3 lifeguard s på arbejde til at passe på ( børne venligt) og der er legeplads i haven samt legerum med nanny på hotellet så super service. Ligger lidt isoleret og kørsel til alt men der er tilgengæld fred og ro Roomservice pris ok
