조용함 그리고 정갈한 방
객실/호텔의 청결함은 정말 수준급이었습니다. 깨끗하고 정갈한 느낌이 들었습니다. 흡연실을 선택했음에도 말이죠. 서비스 품질은 그닥 나쁘지는 않았습니다만. 맨 처음 들어갔을 때부터 방까지 직접 와서 가이드를 해 주기도 하였습니다. 하지만 체크 아웃시 또다시 '전산의 실수'로 저에게 상당 금액의 차지를 요구했을 때 왜 이런일이 자꾸 제게만 생기는지 했습니다. 트레이닝이 좀 더 필요한 것 같습니다. 그외 호텔의 위치는 데이라 근처라 비교적 접근성이 좋습니다.

Lack of cleanliness & unsanitary. Definitely not family friendly. 3 nightclubs inside the hotel with no security checking who’s coming in/out. In a very shady part of Dubai. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THE PICTURES OR THE REVIEWS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Its basic hotel. I would not count as Four stars. Its there star rated .Middle management not helfull as expected. Definitely not Four star . Area is not so impressive. Hotel have few night clubs and its not suitable for families. Very noisy at nights .

Worst Hotel In Dubai!
This Is One of The Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed In Dubai. This Hotel Is Completely A Back-Dated Hotel In Dubai!!! It’s My Bad Luck In Dubai That I Chose This Hotel To Stay With My Wife :( It’s Room Is Very Untidy, Nasty and Smelly. The Floor Carpet of The Room Is Mouldy and Dusty Which Caused Allergic Problems (Cold, Flu and Itching) To Me and My Wife For Which We Had To Change Our Hotel. Guys, Trust Me That, This Hotel Can Easily Make A Healthy Person Sick and Pissed off. This Means That, You Will Enter Into The Hotel With A Good Health and Later On You Will Leave The Hotel With A Bad Health Condition. This Is The Culprit Hotel Which Can Ruin Your Entire Trip-Entertainment. Moreover, The Basin and Other Fixtures In The Toilet Are Broken and Partly Damaged. The House-Keeping Staffs Do Not Clean The Room Properly and Even They Do Not Care To Clean The Carpet With Vacuum Machine Regularly. Finally, The Staffs of This Hotel Are Not Well-Mannered and They Are Very Unhelpful. They Don’t Care of Their Guests. Please Don’t Stay In This Hotel By Spending Your Hardworking-Earned Money!!!

I don't know how is it a 4 star hotel. It smell bad. After entering the hotel I saw a cockroach in the room. And i changed the hotel immediately. They charged me the check-in fee also they didn't refund my money for all 3 night. I didnt even stay there for 30 minute and they charged me check in fee they didn't refund my mony for all 3 night. Never going back there again.

Schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Bodenbelag brüchig. Badewanne lädt nicht zum rein sitzen ein. Also alles deutlich abgewohnt. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, für den Preis aber noch okay. Pool war für diese Jahreszeit her recht frisch. kein Badevergnügen, zum Schwimmen ging es. Zum Schluss: Nachtruhe gab es regelmäßig erst nach zwei Uhr. Laute Musik die im Zimmer nicht nur zu hören, sondern auch zu spüren war. Personal war aber freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst für den recht günstigen Preis hat es so nicht gepasst.

Disappointing experience in Dubai
The images do not come close to reflecting the state of the hotel, it was noisy till the sun came up. No housekeeping, it is dirty, smelly, no hot water, and no water pressure. Had to change rooms. The buffet menu for breakfast was poor, so stuck to fried eggs, fruit, and American pancakes. Disappointing in myself for not doing homework at this hotel. Left a bad taste on my overall stay in Dubai. There is no way that this hotel has a 4-star rating and closer to a one or at best two stars. Everything was misleading and more than disappointed at being tricked to be led to believe that this was a decent place to stay

This was the best experience ever , it doesn’t deserve every penny I paid for the room , honestly speaking the rooms are very old , and it has mold , and the best part there was a cockroach next to my bed while I am sleeping , the staff is unfriendly , the music is very loud , extremely dirty hotel , it is not worth it at all .

Les chambres étaient infectées de cafards j’ai changé 4 fois de chambre mais il y en avait partout, la moquette était sale, la salle de bain dans un état catastrophique tout est bon à être refait le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, fuite du lavabo la baignoire est bonne à être changé! L’éducation de la piscine était sale, j’ai réservé pour 4 personnes ( 1 adulte et 3 enfants) j’ai eu une chambre pour 2 personnes car les enfants ne compte pas!!!!! Heureusement le personnel était très gentil accueillant ils ont fait leur maximum mais c’est un hôtel que je déconseille!
