스카이다이빙을 목적으로 두바이스카이다이빙과 가까운 곳으로 찾았는데, 룸상태,주변 먹거리, 교통 모두 맘에 들었어요.

This is the 3rd time of staying at this hotel and it has gone down in our estimation. Poor customer service - they do the bare minimum

The property is close to the beach weed some type of walking around 10 minutes or 15 minutes walking. He has a nightclub in the first floor but you can go to blah blah which is the best place to dance.

Das Hotel ist für die Umgebung in einem Schlechten zustand! Alle Tücher Richen schlecht auch die Bettwäsche hatte einen Gestank!!

We've stayed at this hotel previously so booked a night last month however have noticed that the property needs some attention. We were very grateful for the upgrade to a higher floor with stunning marina views :0)

Great hotel and well located. Was good value as it is 5 minutes walk to metro and only 10-12 minutes to Jbr. You can also take a nice walk around the marina at the back of the hotel (3 minutes), and walk to one of the restaurants there viewing all of the yaughts. The shower temperature gets hot very quickly, but adjusting it to right and waiting a bit whilst the temperature normalises works fine. Only other minor complaint is that I couldn’t turn bedside lights off with removing the key card from power slot. But I’m still impressed with hotel for great location and value

Ok, but better to find something else if you can
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows a little hard. The main issue was that the temperature of the water in the shower ranged up and down on a constant basis. I checked with my colleague staying on another floor and he had the same issue, so it seemed to be hotel-wide. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Hotel is OK but its in desperate need of a re-furb.

terrible service and run down hotel. AVOID
service was terrible i did not get a room until 6pm and i was told for nearly 2 hours in 5 mins you will have a room. the water in the hotel is also brown and black. the hotel is run down and customer service levels are 0. The reception staff do not care and just leave you standing there while they talk to their friends.

Hotel is well located for my purpose. Showing its age now. Shower water not hot enough and air con was not working very well, if full summer, id have changed rooms.

Erittäin iso suositus. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, siistiä ja puhdasta. Huone ylin kerros ainakin todella hiljainen jotta hyvät yöunet. Uima-allas iso, erittäin mukavaa henkilökuntaa, SPA massage erinomainen. Ruoka-annokset isoja, hyvää ruokaa. Kaikki lähellä kuten ranta ja kaupat sekä Marina Mall. Ehdottomasti uudestaan 🌹

Good stay at Marina Byblos
Wonderful hotel. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, especially at front desk and the sky bar. Location is great, a short walk to the marina or to the metro in the other direction. I particularly enjoy the atmosphere of the pool and sky bar. Of course my stay was early March so temps were comfortable.

Our stay
We have stayed here before as excellent price for our 9 night stay and a good location in the marina. This time our room was not as good, the over head shower did not work! The room service each day the minimum was done ie one day no towels changed and did not empty bins and refill the tea coffee other day was fine?? Not enough umbrellas around the pool only three! Ask manager why and he said that’s all the have but how can they expect you to sit around a pool when it is 38 degree with no shade ? Bed sheet ripped.

Deux hôtesse à l’accueil ne sont pas sympa et pas accueillante ! La chambre est correct sauf la salle de bain vieillissante. Le wifi est inexistant. Le seul point positif est l’accueil et le service du Sky bar nottament de Dave qui a tous fait pour que notre séjour soit inoubliable. L’es maître nageur également ont été très sympathiques et accueillants.

WORST HOTEL EVER!
If you want to spend in the worst hotel in your life and also spend the worst nights of your life, this hotel is a good choice. I couldn’t sleep not even one hour due to to the club noise, and party people in the hotel. The staff was very rude, no solutions were given, and they were making fun of the situation. This hotel is the worst one i have ever tried, and I will definitely not stay there again, or in any other byblos around the world. TERRIBLE

Overall pretty good
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The thing is though, there are indeed 3-4 clubs in the hotel itself which are loud and play music all night. This means that some guests would have noisy rooms. At first I had a noisy room on the forth floor and in the night I was woken up by drunk guests yelling at each other. I asked to change my room and the second one was fantastic. It was quiet and spacious with lovely view over the marina. So, if you are sensitive to noise, def ask for a quiet room. The personnel seemed chaotic on the phone but once I was there in person, they were very helpful.

Good Hotel
Good location and close to Marina Walk and the Walk. We stayed in 6th floor but still heard sound of noisy people and cars horns till 3am!

Rummet var ofräsch, de hade bastu som var temporärt stängt. På våning 1 hade de 2 nattklubbar som pumpade så hög musik att det inte gick att sova på kvällarna vilket var frustrerande

Solution pratique sans surprise.
Hôtel pratique et pas trop mal placé par rapport au Métro DMCC et la Marina. Un peu bruyant toutefois en raison de la boite de nuit du lobby.
