인터넷 안터져요 와이파이도 안됩니다 숙소는 매우 낡아서 여기저기 자연 마모 파손 되어 있구요(문짝, 수납장 등등) 날벌레들 수시로 나타납니다 창문이 없어서 환기도 불가능하고 지하철역, 마리나워크랑 연결되는 위치는 매우 좋습니다 그리고 가격도 저렴한편이지만 절대 4성급 호텔은 아닙니다 1성도 아깝습니다 한국으로 비교하자면 시설 낙후도는 지방 여관 수준입니다 차라리 JLT쪽으로 숙소를 잡으세요 비슷한 가격에 훨씬 좋은 시설 숙소가 많습니다

위치가 굿입니다. 비치와 가까운 편이고 트램, 메트로와 가까워서 아틀란티스,엑스포,다운타운 등 교통편이 편리했습니다. 한번 욕실 수도가 나오지 않아서 당황했으나 바로 수리가 되었고 세탁기가 오래되서 소음때문에 불편했습니다.

직원분들 친절하고 위치도 좋습니다. 지하철에서 3분 이내이며 팜쥬메이라 근처 계획하시기엔 좋습니다. 단 숙소 가격에 비해 숙소의 디테일이 많이 떨어집니다. 주방에 있는 도구들이 몇개 없었으며 전반적인 주방상태가 낡은 분위기입니다.

relative good location
Good location : walking distance to marina mall and metro. Staff are helpful and curteous. However, it is an old hotel relative to others in the area but it is also cheaper compared to others. It is efficient if need to be in the area and on a budget.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be conveniently located near various amenities such as transportation, restaurants, and boasting wonderful views. However, I faced some challenges during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival, I had to wait for an hour for my room to be ready, despite having just completed a long trip. Unfortunately, the receptionist appeared to be under pressure and struggled to communicate effectively amidst the backdrop of several other guests raising complaints. Additionally, while exploring the hotel, I observed that employees at souvenir shops were overly attentive, causing me discomfort. While the hotel offers a range of activity options, prices are on the higher end. With respect to the hotel facilities, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, I noticed that the kitchen requires some renovation. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, but the high price point may not be commensurate with the outdated kitchen.

Lovely stay
My third time staying here . The staff are so accommodating and very helpful . Location is ideal , near to the metro , marina mall and about 20 minute walk to the beach . The rooms are quite basic but if you need anything extra the staff will provide very quickly

Synes ikke hotellet fortjener de 4 stjerner, som de er anmeldt med. Service og rengøringen er fin, men det virker bare lidt nusset og slidt. Jeg ville hellere betale ekstra, for at få en dejlig udsigt og være tættere på marinaen. Så kalde det Marina View er meget misvisende.

We found the Marina View Hotel Apartments ideal for our stay with the location with its proximity to both the Marina promenade/area and the metro/tram. The cleaning staff were excellent and serviced the room daily and the only thing my wife missed was not having a balcony to sit out on but we were close to a main road which would probably not have been great as roads in Dubai are generally very busy. Unusually we had some rain during our stay and some of the rainwater managed to get into our room, which we pointed out to the cleaning staff who very quickly sorted it out. We had one episode during our stay when we were trying to get a taxi from outside of our hotel and asked the concierge. I understood he had gone into the hotel to arrange one and within a minutes a 'white' taxi arrived (similar to the one who transferred us from the airport). It turned out that this is a 'private hire' car not one of the normal taxis limited to the charges set by the government and we were subsequently charged 3 x what the normal taxi charge would have charged us, so avoid these at all costs. When I queried this the next day in the hotel reception the concierge couldn't recall ordering me one and stated he would not have ordered a 'private hire' car in any case so I can only presume my request got 'lost in translation' and put this down to experience. Other than this we enjoyed our stay in Dubai and would certainly recommend the Marina View Hotel as a good base for a visit.

I was very upset when they gave us room on a smoking floor, I didn’t want to be there, then they moved us to another room, while eating our dinner, I saw big cockroach, I was so upset, my suitcase was on the floor and open, I do not want to bring home cockroaches, they moved us to the first floor for that night and they said tomorrow they can move us to the eighth floor, so the room on the eighth floor was ok, really needs a good cleaning, huge stain in a tub, it’s probably not washable, everything is in ok condition and really needs updating, kitchen barely stuffed, no soap or sponge, no pan to cook, we asked so they brought it for us, workers friendly and helpful and did probably the best to accommodate us, but this property is disappointing, the only thing is, it’s close to metro and marina, I traveled a lot and stay in different hotels and this was in the worst condition that I ever stayed at, at least we got the room without cockroaches, or maybe we just didn’t see it, not sure, it was disgusting and very upsetting, I liked that they have shuttle to the beach, kitchen cabinets is in not pleasant condition, this property really needs to be upgraded.

en renovation ville være godt
Hotellet trænger gevaldigt til at blive renoveret. Køkkenet var gammelt og der manglede mange ting, så det var ikke muligt at lave egen mad. Poolen var ved at falde fra hinanden.

La struttura e’ in posizione strategica 5’ a piedi dai ristoranti e locali di Dubai Marina e 10’ dalla fermata della metro per andare al centro di Dubai. Le camere sono ampie con la cucina, il frigo ed il dispenser del caffè. La pulizia e’ buona anche se a volte un po’ approssimativa, ma quando lo si fa presente in reception sono rapidi, gentili ed efficienti nel risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. C’è anche un ristorante annesso. Non abbiamo provato la piscina all’aperto poiché ha piovuto ne’ la sauna al chiuso, ma in generale la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione. Il costo e’ giusto per i giorni non di massima richiesta, mentre e’ troppo alto per i giorni del capodanno dove una camera di 300€ chiede altri standard, ma Dubai e’ cara in quelle date e si sa. Molto consigliato

Excellent staff at reception, comfortable rooms, location perfect! We were 3persons in a small apartment ( living room 1 bedroom) and they put an extra bed to the living room, which was also comfortable. Really just about 10 minutes walk to the JBR and Marina beach. The Marina Walk is 5 minutes on foot, also few minutes to the Marina mall and the Metro station. If your room faces the Main road it is a bit noisy even with closed windows, but we did not have problem sleeping. Daily cleaning is fine, several bottles of water provided free of charge each day. The condition of the rooms is a bit lousy, i.e. in the bathtub there were traces of the paint they had used for painting the wall.. and as this is a relatively old hotel, it surely must have been there for years! Nevertheless I would choose it again.

Well set up & located for Shabbat at Chabad Dubai
Friendly staff, large clean rooms. Stayed in a suite that was very reasonably priced. Just a five minute walk from where Chabad Dubai have Shabbat services and meals.

It is unclean. Had to purchase cleaning supplys and towels. Sheets are dirty. Customer service only care about money.
