We had a long stay in Dubai and we chose this accommodation because of the price. Neither did we know we were in for chaos and mayhem when we arrived to the apartment. So many things went wrong. Firstly, the dirty water coming out of all taps and sink, cooker stove wasn’t working which took 3 engineers to fix, air con wasn’t switching on and the freezer was full of ice inside and on the door and wasn’t shutting at all due to it. We wasn’t happy on the first 2 days because it ruined our plans and day as we had to wait for the engineers. I asked them for a new room but they were adamant to get this apartment room fixed for us. Yes, I can argue with them endlessly but to be honest I did not want to ruin my holiday. Would I recommend this apartment, definitely NOT!

Chance car rental nearby. Supermarket nearby. Couple restaurants nearby. Short walk to Metro station. Breakfast buffet at adjoining property which was very nice. Pool was nice. Gym available. Washer and dryer (one machine) very helpful for our family trip. Front desk staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay next time we are there.

Lack of cleanliness
Kitchen was quite well equipped - stove top didn't seem to be working - and microwave had obviously been on fire at some time... cups and glasses not washed properly. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean... bathroom was nice - but cleanliness in general was an issue... there were hairs on the sofa that were not mine... and the floors in general were dirty. Only stayed in the end because the location was perfect for my work that week, taxis were easy to get just outside the door... and I wouldn't have got a refund. The construction work right outside didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

The Hotel has decent accomodation. However the service lacks a standard of a 3 star hotel. Housekeeping is very poor and to get simple milk sachets it could take hours.

Le problème n'est pas l'établissement mais Expedia qui trouve normal de réserver un logement pour 4 personnes avec deux couchages ou pour 6 personnes avec 4 couchages... Dans un logement pour 4 personnes, il y a deux assiettes, deux mugs, deux verres, deux assiettes, deux fourchettes, etc, etc... Et à priori, chez Expedia, vous trouvez ça normal!!! Le niveau de poussière est juste ahurissant et sans aspirateur, il n'est pas étonnant de trouver des touffes de poussière et de cheveux derrière les portes en particulier. Le lavabo du toilette fuyait.

Das Apartment ist riesengross!!! Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle). Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, ist aber nur knapp 10 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Ausserdem fährt ein Gratis Hotel Shuttle Bus jede Stunde zur Metro. Leider ist das Hotel umgeben von geschätzt 100 Baustellen; der Lärm ist dementsprechend hoch, da rund um die Uhr gearbeitet wird. Wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man ein Zimmer gegen den Park; dort ist es etwas weniger laut.

Adel was very kind and coudn't do enough for me. The same could not be said for anyone else. I ordered a meal from room service which I was told would take 1/2 an hour. After I waited an hour and it still hadn't arrived I rang room service again and they said they'd send it right up. AND THEY DID. The same meal that had been sitting in the kitchen getting cold for half an hour. The next night I tried again. This time the meal arrived without cutlery and there was only a knife in the room. Down to reception to get a fork. You could not turn the lights off over the bed without turning the power off for the whole room. No charging the phone overnight and using it as an alarm. No USB charging port available except on the television. The building in the photo is not the Apartments building. It is the Hotel. The kindness of one staff member is not enough to encourage me to come back.

Cet hôtel idéalement placé (à moins de 10min à pied du metro, ligne verte "Al Jadaaf") À noter, l'hôtel est entourer d'immeuble en construction donc l'environnement est assez bruyant. Chambre/Appartement bien équipé (four, lave vaisselle, frigo/congel', machine à laver, fer à repasser, coffre fort, micro-ondes.....) La propreté n'est pas exceptionnelle, mais passage quotidien d'un homme de ménage, qui met la chambre au propre et fourni chaque jour une bouteille d'eau et gel douche/shampoing. La piscine est top, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de transat. Point important: l'hôtel dispose de ses propres navettes déservant Wafi Mall, Dubaï Mall/Burj Khalifa, Festival City Mall et La Mer Beach Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'ensemble! People working at desk are awesome those in restaurant too, i thank especially, mahmoud and Miry ,who always do their best to help us as we are tourists. Akbar and Mabinty also are exceptional at breakfast, i sincerly would give 10/10

Great apartments!
Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. A little bit out of the way, however, you have walking distance to the metro station as well as free shuttles to various destinations provided by the hotel! 24 hour gym !!

Check in was quick. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower is strange and everything gets drenched in the washroom when someone showers. Had to call for more towels as 3 towels for a family of 4 is not enough. The restaurants in the sister hotel were very good, the pub was excellent. We ate at the buffet for lunch for 50dhs pp including drinks and specialty coffee, not a bad deal. We ate at the pub for dinner, it was happy hour so we were able to indulge in some wine for half the price. The waiter was extremely nice and brought us our food promptly. We didn’t actually spend the night there as we were flying home later in the evening. We checked out of our beach hotel at noon and booked something close to the airport so we had a place to swim , eat and shower before heading to the airport. I would stay here again. Hopefully next time all the construction in the area is completed. It’s quite the construction site there now.

Very disappointed about shuttle pick up, did not answer our emails. Room was not ready during checked in. Breakfast was always the same. Lots of constructions around the area and a little far from the city.

The location is good if you want to be close to downtown and old part of Dubai. But its far from the new Dubai the marina and JBR ... etc The area is like a construction site so noise and dust..

L’appartement est bien propre, et pas d’ode de sigarette ou de cuisine. La salle de bain aussi est propre.

Kan ikke sætte en finger på selve værelset som var som forventet med en fed stor balkon. Men desværre lå hotellet i et område hvor der bliver bygget nye hoteller, så der var bygge støj stort set døgnet rundt. Hvilket var irriterende om natten og når man lå ved poolen. Poolen var lækker, men lå desværre i skygge fra kl 1145 til 15.15 pga der blev bygget på et nyt hotel helt tæt på, som skyggede for solen. Poolen åbnede først kl 10.00. Så der var ikke mange soltimer der var. Rengøring haltede gevaldigt og derudover selvom vi sagde det flere gange, glemte de hver dag at vi boede 5 i lejligheden og ikke 4 personer. Morgenmaden var ikke specielt, hvorfor vi kun spiste det en gang. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Men vi kommer ikke tilbage.
