전반적으로 친절. 방음 시설 미흡.
시설이 깔끔하고 직원분들도 친절했다. 단점은 호텔 바 바로 윗층은 방음이 제대로 되지 않아 바에서 틀어 놓은 큰 노래 소리가 평일 기준 밤 11시 경까지 들린다. 주말은 아침부터 들림 ㅠㅠ

For a four star hotel, there is no conditioner in the bathroom and not even complimentary water. When we asked for conditioner the receptionist said they will bring it up to our room but an hour later we still haven’t heard from them. We had to ring the reception to ask again for conditioner and they said they don’t have any.

Very friendly staff. Very efficient checkin process. Was lucky enough to be upgraded from a double room to a club room. It was lovely and I felt very spoilt by the size of my room and entry to the club lounge, which gave you great views over the Connolly railway…may not sound that glamorous but I love it!

The hotel is close to all the main transport hubs in Dublin which was great for us arriving in the city, not too far to walk to get to the hotel. On arrival, the outside of the hotel looks rather ordinary, but once inside, oh what a surprise. What greets you is a high end reception with a real touch of class. First impressions mean a lot in my book and this hotel lived up to that and more. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful furnishing and fittings. Our bedroom had lovely features including electric blinds which opened themselves when inserting the key card and the beds lit up automatically in the middle of night if you needed the bathroom. On the table was a lovely box of chocolates for us and water for our tea or coffee, a beautiful touch. The breakfast area was clean and beautiful, with lots of choice with the staff dressed in Peeky Blinders outfits making the whole experience all that more special. I can honestly say The Address Hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it as a lovely way to enjoy a stay in the capital. Highly recommended.

Nice location easy access to transport trams and rail. Hotel is nicely set up, but management have not mastered attention to detail and follow through to ensure rooms are to the expected standards. If you stay here before you unpack check everything is in working order. Spa is not included for all it is dependent on room and additional charge is required this is not clear when you book.

Booked this for my daughter and her 3 friends they were stranded when storm it and flights cancelled They got there quite late and didn’t have any hot water Spoke to manager on phone explained whole hotel got booked with flight cancellations and everyone was showering Fair enough analogy he offered them a lunch each which they were delighted with before there flight home Thank you for your hospitality Will book myself next time in dublin

The property was actually very good. Great room, excellent restaurant with great food Staff were competent and responsive, but certainly not friendly. Sadly the property is in an area that felt very unsafe ( once dark, my husband and I were cautious going out, or coming home). This is not the properties fault, but, I would not book there again for this reason.

Très bon hôtel à proximité du centre de Dublin, personnel agréable et service de bagagerie qui est très pratique. Le spa est également top mais le prix est un peu élevé. Je recommande!!

Location and great looking hotel. Staff very friendly. Room clean and great view from top. Comfortable shower. Stayed on 9th floor where the winds can be loud enough to wake you at night. Toilet tightly squeezed in the bathroom therefore not comfortable to sit on. Careful of the metal girders in the room as they are hidden behind the curtains. Digital control for the room can be tricky to figure out.

Great location in terms of proximity to major attractions in Dublin city. However the standard is well below that expected of a 4 star hotel and definitely was poor value for money. Bed sheets and curtains had stains. Mold growing on the tile grout and silicon in the bathroom. Bathroom door lock was broken, and the strike plate was hanging half loose which was a potential hazard also. Stains in the bathtub. Toilet seat was loose. Water wasn't draining in the shower - asked room service to look into it but it wasn't done. Room service was poorly done too - ran out of soap and had to call reception twice to get it replaced despite having asked room service lady in the morning to refill it. Disappointing stay, would not come again.

Service and style of the hotel were wonderful. However we did have a few small hitches. The fire alarm went off twice (two days in a row, once at 10:45pm) and the first time especially it took them a while to get it to turn off. I also found it frustrating that the room was always cold and there was nothing that could be done about it. The hotel doesn't really have heat, all you can do is keep turning off the air, which resets every time you leave to 19'C. Lastly, I have never been to a hotel that doesn't offer any kind of conditioner in the bathroom sets. Not even a shampoo+conditioner combo. Surprising for an otherwise nice hotel

Frustrating experience.
The hotel was great and so was the room. We thought the service and friendliness from staff was underwhelming. Check- in really let the experience of the Address Connolly down unfortunately, for a service that you pay for one would expect to be treated with a level of respect as we as a couple treat everyone with. We were very disappointed as when we checked in, our card was charged twice, this was not an issue for us as we understood the bank would have to clarify this, the issue was, the individual checking us in on reception brushed the problem off and gave an excuse of a queue behind us. We thought it was a little rude and inconsiderate as we had now been double charged for our one night stay. We were then told we would get a call to our room, which we did not receive. Alongside this, both of the other couples who checked in with us at the same time, with the same individual at the check- in desk, received upgrades to suite rooms and we did not. This was not a problem, just mere principle after we had to deal with an inconvenience. We were left with a double charge and out of money for our stay. We found this quite frustrating unfortunately. We would return again as the hotel was lovely and clean, but the staff was a little let down.

Nice hotel comfortable rooms friendly staff. Located a little bit out of the main area but fine for walkers. Talbot street is not pleasant and this is the main access route to temple bar etc which isn’t ideal but other routes available

Overall the hotel was very hot. The room was a nice size with a king bed. The Bathroom had a problem with flying insect coming out of the drain constantly. The surrounding area of the hotel feels quite unsafe after dark. The hotel was across the road from the train station which was great.

We’d a great time! The service is perfect, the staff friendly and the breakfast menu contains everything you need! The hotel is on the opposite side of the Connolly rail station which is very practically. You reach everything by walk - temple bar is like 25 minutes away.
