Wonderful stay! Had a layover in Dublin and wanted to stay close to the airport. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at a local restaurant - The Old School House. Sharon was very helpful and accommodating.

Sharon was the perfect hostess. We had a problem earlier in the trip that required special assistance and Sharon was kind, compassionate and caring. She made the best breakfast and homemade muffins and breads. She booked us a taxi and gave us helpful information on where to go and what to see while in Swords. Without hesitation, I would recommend Rathview House.

A cozy, warm home in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I were very comfortable. Will stay again the next time we arrive and leave Ireland.

You will love this!
It was wonderful to come to this sweet host - a place where you can really relax! Very nice and comfortable rooms, and lovely host. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Even the jam is homemade! I highly can recommend this B&B! Swords is a very cosy town.

I would have liked fresh milk in the room for my morning cup of tea but since there was no fridge I guess that’s impractical. Everything else was superb.

Excellent Location and Lovely Hospitality
We had a very comfortable stay at Rathview House, and felt kindly welcomed by its hostess, Sharon. We slept very well in our peaceful, quiet room, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. We appreciated the convenience of a location near the airport, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and within walking distance of a great restaurant/pub where we enjoyed dinner and live music.

It was meticulously clean, and had so much attention to detail, like toiletries and many other thoughtful touches, The breakfast was fresh and heavenly. The hostess Sharon is attentive, charming and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely BnB experience.
Sharon is as warm and energetic host who makes you feel welcome and at home straight away.The breakfasts are lovely, and if you have special requirements she is more than happy to accommodate you, so let her know. The Swords area has some nice places to eat and things to do and is close enough to the airport for an early flight. The room and the ensuite, we were in was a little small for two, but it had everything you'd need and was very comfortable. The heating (given our stay was in February :-) )and other comforts of the place were ample. I'm not usually a bnb person but if you are you will love this place and Sharon, as she takes great pride in providing the best experience to her guests.

An excellent B&B
Would recommend this B&B very highly. Sharon ,the host, went out of her way to make sure the stay was a comfortable one without being in any way intrusive The room was comfortable, warm and spotless. The breakfast room was also spotless and the breakfast delicious. If you are looking for ultra modern, clinical the .Rathview is not for you. But if you want comfort, cleanliness hospitality and good food, then don’t pass it! PS just a small point and nothing to do with the host, but the price I reserved it at on Hotels.com was not the price quoted at the guesthouse. It was still good value but just be aware of this.

Rathview House was a totally lovely experience and we couldn’t have had a better introduction to Ireland. The room was bright, happy and very comfortable. Sharon is just a delight and the breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable B&B on a cul de sac very close to Swords Castle. Easy walk to town center with shopping, restaurants and pubs. Sharon is a great hostess.

We stayed one night at Rathview House before our flight. home. It was a short and easy drive to the airport. But the B&B also turned out to be a very special place to stay thanks to the owner. She was warm and welcoming and also served the best breakfast I had on my entire trip. Swords is an interesting town as well, small and easy to explore. I highly recommend staying here.

Sharon is a charming and hospitable B and B owner. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Close to the town of Swords, which is interesting, and a lot of restaurants and pubs.

My friend and I were greeted very pleasantly and given our room right away, when they could have made us wait until 3:00 p.m. Our breakfast was delightful and we were very happy all around.

Great Little B & B
Amazing B&B with great breakfast. VERY convenient to Dublin. (15 minutes from the airport when it's not rush hour.) One minor criticism; they need to replace some of their towels. Since everything else is so fresh, I'm sure they are on it.

Sharon our hostess is very kind and accommodating. The house is warm and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful and the surrounding area is nice to explore. We enjoyed a nearby pub with an excellent atmosphere and food...the Old Schoolhouse. We highly recommend!

A quiet, comfortable place with lots of character!
Sharon was awesome. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The view was beautiful and the house itself was very cute and homey. Breakfast was delicious! We were in a rush to catch our flight and she was so sweet to help us get a cab quickly and she had our breakfast ready in time for us to eat before our flight. I would for sure recommend this place, the area was very walkable and there are cute shops to visit.
