We liked the location and aesthetics of this property, but the staff and service were not so great. All of our requests (such as extra toilet paper) required us asking multiple times. When I asked for a service that was listed in the guest services guide (charging postage stamps to our room), I was told the service was unable. Our room was also immediately above a very loud construction site - which woke us up every morning and also scared our young children. Also, food service in the bar lounge was extremely slow - once, it took them ~45 minutes to take our food order. When we asked concierge where to buy public bus tickets, they tried to sell us a hop on hop off bus ticket (~10x more expensive).

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and have a range of complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits. There was construction noise from an adjacent room on the first night, but we were moved swiftly and without fuss. The Temple Bar area and O'Connell Street are a 5 minute walk away, as are other attractions, whilst those slightly further out are only a short tram trip. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I stayed with my two brothers for two nights and found the room and the facilities very good. The hotel was convenient to the city centre and train services. I cannot think of anything which caused a problem or needed improving. I would be happy to stay there again.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are top-notch! The concierge staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone seems to make it their mission to make sure the guests are taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

The valet attendant who had blond hair was extremely helpful and helped us with our vehicle and didn’t cause a hassle when I lost the valet ticket. The day Front desk was quick and efficient the night front desk attendance could be improved.

This hotel was great and accommodating. They had a wonderful breakfast every morning and the staff was very helpful and efficient. Our flight arrived earlier than expected in the morning around 4am, so naturally we were exhausted from traveling and arrived to the hotel around 6am. The staff worked very hard to get us into a room very early that morning so we could rest. We really appreciated their efforts. The hotel's location was perfect, and the decor was beautiful and very clean. We'd stay here again, without question!

Very nice property with good meal options. The only down side is parking options. Valet was full when we arrived and there is no dedicated lot. So after a long day of travel we had to find a parking garage and walk back to the hotel.

Great central location, close to all the major cultural attractions and to shopping. Easy transportation to and from airport and the city's transit hubs. Nice, comfortable room, quiet and well-kept. However the staff are the real stars! Helpful, flexible, and accommodating.

Our stay at the Trinity Hotel was fab and I would highly recommend. It is in a great place, right by Trinity College, Grafton Street and short street to Temple Bar loved it. Staff were great and friendly and moved our rooms with no hassle. Restaurant lovely and food great. Breakfast great, only feedback include some baked beans with the full english please!! ;-). Aside from that brilliant hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Great location
Lovely hotel, nice sitting and bar area. Room nice size with good bathroom. Good location. Bed a little uncomfy, a bit lumpy, but hubby was ok.

Overall our stay here was very enjoyable. Great location, clean rooms and nice staff. Our only qualm was an overnight front desk agent who wasn't very accommodating when we had arrived very early after an overnight, international flight. Other than that, everything else was great!

Beautiful hotel
Stayed at Trinity City Hotel for a 4 night trip. Service was wonderful, the food was delicious especially the full Irish breakfast. I will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to all Dublin City Center travelers.
