Lovely little hotel, atmosphere and staff
The staff made me feel very welcome and even gave me a bag of pastries to takeaway as I had missed breakfast:) Importantly for me, it was in a quiet location which is hard to find in the centre of Dublin !

Prettige plek. Mooie, goede kamer. Prima douche/toilet. Fijn bed. Niet te zacht, te hard of te klein. Niet te warm op de kamer (komt nog wel eens voor in hotels). En onverwacht een fijn ontbijt. Uiteraard met britse variant, maar ook voldoende dingen voor mensen die niet meteen 's ochtends een zwaar ontbijt willen. Kortom; prima!!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was so helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was lovely, as was the staff, but being a city, there was an alarm going off across the street for 4 of the 7 nights we stayed recently. The hotel had nothing to do with that, but there is very little noise dampening from the street. Otherwise an amazing stay.

We loved this accommodation. The room was very large, essentially a suite with a comfortable king bed (with plenty of pillows) and a sofa. We enjoyed a friendly welcome from staff, with chocolates and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel was conveniently located near Trinity College and St. Stephens Green on a quiet street for the center of Dublin. Breakfast was included, had healthy options. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin. Personable staff, comfortable rooms, great restaurant. Short walk to Trinity, Grafton Street, Temple Bar, the museums I would definitely stay here again.

OK but pricey
We were somewhat disappointed to be in a premium room on the ground floor and right behind the road. We were sadly disturbed by people late at night and into the morning who were a little the worse for the gargle. We also wondered why there was no mention of the possibility of an evening meal on site (albeit with a different company). We thought this an ideal opportunity for both businesses to benefit from this - perhaps offer residents a small discount? The breakfasts were very good.

I was here for St Patrick’s Day and the property was so great, the staff could not have been nicer! They truly made the experience amazing, I cannot recommend this place enough

Perfect location to Grafton street, St. Stephens Green and many more. Nice quiet street. The room was very nice and super comfortable bed - very well appointed and really clean. The breakfast was excellent. Very nice small hotel.

This was a great room. Very comfortable, cozy and had everything I needed. Only negative was it was a third floor walk up… which after a day of walking and luggage, felt 10 times more steps than it actually was!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this charming townhouse hotel. If you are looking for a small, personable experience in a terrific location near Trinity College, this is a great option. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and the bed extremely comfortable, and the included breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

Romantic hotel with a great location
This hotel is located nicely in the center of Dublin. Great service with clean and cozy rooms. I would recommend this hotel especially for couples as the interior is somewhat romantic. +++++

The hotel had lots of character and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was excellent and again the serving staff were very efficient and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the hotel as a base for exploring Dublin.

This place was cute and a decent location. We liked our room even though it was tiny. We didn’t like that there was no elevator but also no staff to help us up or down the stairs with our luggage. The most disappointing thing is my sister left her sunglasses in our room after check out. She called them and they said they found them and would hold them for her in the front so she can have them mailed to her the next day. The next day when she called back the person claimed they never had them so clearly a staff member took them and lied. She reached out again through email and they never replied. Very dishonest behavior…

Dear Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify a few aspects regarding your review. Due to the nature of the buildings, we cannot have a lift , as the structure of the buildings won't allow it. Because of this we advertise on our website and all our partners websites that we do not have a lift, so there is no confusion for guests arriving at the property. Since we are such a small property, we do not have a luggage porter, and our reception staff assists our guests with their luggage, but as you must undestand, some suitcases can be difficult to carry and we couldnt impose on anyone to carry them if they don't feel comfortable to do so. Regarding your sister's missing glasses. I would appreciate if you din't acuse any of the staff of having a dishonest behaviour. We have lost property and so it happened there were a few pairs of glasses in that day. It has been explained to you what type of glasses we have in, and they weren't the one your sister lost. Hope this clarifies it for yourself and for potential guests looking to book in with us. Wishing you all the best and take care !

Would defiantly stay again
This was my first time staying at this location and I was pleasantly surprised overall. I choose the normal room this trip and it is best described as “compact”. But it was well laid out and you had everything you needed but just don’t expect a lot of space or roomy bathroom. The reason I did not give it an excellent rating was the when we got in after dinner we went to make a cup of tea and there was only one normal teabag and no milk or creamer. ( apparently you have to ask for milk and they will provide it fresh) but we did not know that and there was no instructions in how to contact reception. Second was breakfast ends at 9:30 a bit early for those on a lazy weekend away. So we choose to get breakfast elsewhere even though we paid for it.

Property was very clean and the staff was great. The room was small and there is no elevator/lift to get to your room. if you are traveling with heavy bags getting to your room may require some extra effort. However, the staff did offer to bring our bags up to our room.
