Nice apartment with good view
This apartment located beside Rixos hotel. Of course we can see the good view in independent terrace. Required time to old town : 12 min by walk

Lovely apartment !
This was a great apartment and I would highly recommend. In a fantastic location, the host was lovely and the atmosphere of the whole place is awesome. I only stayed 3 nights but wish I stayed longer. Thanks for a great stay. 두브로브니크에서 3일동안 머물렀어요. 해변과도 가깝고 주변에 마트도 있고, 주인분도 친절하고~ 다만 올드타운과 약간 거리가 있어서 처음엔 걸어다니다가 나중엔 우버 이용해서 왔다갔다했어요. 비치가는길 빼곤 계단 없어서 캐리어끌고 다니기 수월했네요 :) 또 가고 싶네요 !

Absolutely stunning view and easy access to beaches and public transportation. Marija was a fantastic and perfect host. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and hope to return soon

Che dire... se dovessi recensire solamente l'alloggio il voto è abbastanza positivo perchè non posso dire di essere stato male... il plus è sicuramente il bel terrazzone con vista magnifica... se invece dovessi recensire il tutto posso solamente che essere negativo... mi aspettavo di avere un angolo cottura (come da conferma di prenotazione) e invece ero in una classica camera doppia, con ingresso minimale senza luce, un wc cieco con aspirazione forzata non funzionante... il tutto all'interno dell'abitazione della proprietaria (cosa che non mi era stata detta) con la quale il bellissimo terrazzone era condiviso togliendoci quindi la voglia di uscire perchè non c'era privacy... avevo alte aspettative su questo alloggio che sono andate distrutte nel momento in cui ho preso possesso della camera... oltretutto non è vicinissimo al centro storico, non ha parcheggio gratuito quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo non è per nulla buono

Lovely accommodation in great location
Lovely, very clean apartment with everything I needed for a solo trip. I stayed in the studio apartment which was smaller then I expected but not a problem as it was just me, and I had access to kitchen/living room in the main house. Apartment had its own terrace with table and chairs, sun lounger and amazing sea view. I was met by the manager, Katarina, on arrival. She was very friendly and shared her knowledge of local amenities. I would definitely recommend this property

Exactly as pictured. Our expectations were high, and this property far exceeded them. Excellent, friendly, helpful host, ideal location, very cute apartment with washing machine. I would stay here 100 more times. It could not have been more perfect.

What a fantastic stay! Ariana, our host was more than accommodating. We arrived very early and she was rushing to finish the room which was unnecessary (we were more than happy to just hang out and were 3 hours before check in). She greeted us with juice and gave us directions on how to get to old town, just a short 20 min walk. Additionally, she allowed us to stay much later than check out. Note, it’s a small-quaint room, but the patio views are amazing. What a great find!

The owner was AWESOME - very friendly, kind and informative. Great view of the Adriatic. Access to swim area and short walk to Old Town. Parking was available near by, which we used even after the owner offered for us to park in their garage. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic host that helped us with any enquiries. Cosy little apartment with everything you need not far from shops or beach. 20 minute walk to Pile but regular bus routes too. Sea view with breakfast on our terrace every morning or a wine watching the sunset.

Siisti omakotitalo merenrannan tuntumassa rauhallisella paikalla. Matkaa vanhaankaupunkiin runsas kilometri. Bussipysäkille n.300 metriä. Huone oli kohtuullisen tilava talon alakerrassa ( ei merinäköalaa). Ilmastointi hyvä, taulutelevisio, hyvin toimiva wifi, jääkaappi, hyvät patjat, siisti kylpyhuone. Talon keittiötä sai myös käyttää ja suurta josta näkymä merelle. Uimaranta lähellä. Mukava omistaja.

Lovely apartment close to the Old Town
Lovely apartment near Dubrovnik Old Town (about 15mins walk). We had an ensuite room and access to the terrace (with view of the Old Town and the sea. We initially had trouble trying to find the apartment though (we are blaming google here).It is definitely at the Korculanska ulica road but do not take the car through that road. It is very narrow. There is an available garage to park the car at the back but you need to go through the street called Eugena Kvaternika (near Rixos hotel). The path leading to the garage is also narrow. I do not advise trying to park a big car in there.

Spectacular view, just as pictured. Small market a couple minutes walk away. Dubrovnik Old Town easy to walk to. Lots of hot water! The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We had a later flight and she allowed us later access to the apartment as it wasn't booked out that day. Also booked a taxi for us. We would return here in a heartbeat!

Spectacular view
Lovely apartment overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean and coastline. A perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Our host Marijella was charming and close to hand should you need anything. A wonderful weeks holiday. The only small negative was the bed was very hard but at least that made you get up in the morning to make the most of your day.

Short walk to old town
Great location easy to find. Bakery nearby and supermarket. Accommodation clean and comfortable.great balcony overlooking the sea. Great kitchen if you want to cook but fridge in room to keep water or a beer. Bathroom great but bath was high sided and may be difficult for the less able.

Very good value
Very good value room within walking distance of old town. Good bus connection as well for getting back up the hill! A few mins from lovely pebble beach too if you are OK to descend down the 140 or so steps. Katharina and her daughter are amazingly welcoming and helpful.

Wij hadden de studio suite. Dit was echter wel een erg kleine kamer, maar de prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding is goed. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en staan altijd open om te hepen. Het is kleinschalig, waardoor er meer rust is. Echter wel weinig privacy. Andere mensen keken uit op ons terras.

Delightful apartment in good location
We eventually found the apartment by going a rather long way around, but were very pleased with our time there. It is about 30 minutes walk from the centre, but there are two bus stops within half a kilometre from which it is possible to get to the centre and elsewhere.
