아주 좋은 호텔
조식 종류는 많으나 맛깔스럽진 않습니다. 주차장이용 편리하고 시내관광은 버스로 이동이 편리합니다. 투숙하는 3일간 수영장 이용하며 호텔시설을 잘 활용할수 있었고 직원들이 무척 친절합니다.

환상적인 뷰의 5성급 호텔
두브로브니크 주요 관광지에서 조금 떨어져 있는 호텔입니다. 필레게이트에서 6번버스를 이용하면 15분걸리는 거리입니다. 5성급 호텔 답게 시설은 매우 깔끔하고 좋은편이며, 어메니티는 록시땅입니다. 객실은 적당한 크기였고 바다가 보이는 높은 층으로 안내받았습니다. 다만 더블침대를 두개 붙여놓아서 퀸 사이즈를 만들어놓은 모양이라 불편하였습니다. 바다가 보이는 외부 수영장은 매우 좋았습니다. 물이 차가웠지만 온수풀도 작게 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 나머지 실내수영장, 스파,사우나등도 있었지만 이용하지는 않았습니다. 조식과 저녁뷔페를 이용할수 있는 레스토랑은 보통이였습니다. 룸서비스로 받은 음식이 더 맛있었습니다. 레스토랑 가격은 두브로브니크 주요관광지 음식점과 비교해보면 더 저렴한 편이었습니다. 리셉션은 매우 친절했습니다! 재방문 하고싶은 의사도 있지만, 다른 5성급 호텔도 방문해보고 싶네요!

한적한 분위기를 선호하신다면 추천
구시가지에서 좀 떨어진 곳이지만 호텔 바로 앞에서 4번 버스타면 필레문앞까지 10~15분 정도에 갈수 있어서 편해요. 호텔과 필레문이 4번 버스 종점이라 이용하는데 어려움이 없습니다. 버스는 15분간격으로 출발해요. 버스 티켓과 두브로브니크 카드는 호텔리셉션에서 구매가능해요. 주차도 호텔안에 셀프주차 가능하구요. 호텔에서 도보 10분 거리에 유니렌트사무실이 있어서 반납후 두브로브니크 구경하실수도 있어요. 호텔서비스는 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않아요. 호텔 수영장은 아주 작은편이라 수영장보다 바다 수영을 선호하시는 분께 적합할듯합니다. 구시가지는 사람이 많아서 어수선한게 싫으신분은 Lapad지구에서 숙박하시는것도 좋을듯 싶어요.

대부분의 크로아티아인이 그렇듯 호텔 직원들은 상당히 친절~ 조식도 괜찮았고 풀사이드쪽 식당도 가격도 착하고 맛도 나름 있었음. 시설은 그냥 여느 5성급호텔 딱 그정도...불편한건 위치. 호텔에서 나가는 택시는 미터기 써서 그냥 가는데... 들어올땐 부르는게 값이더라고요. 10분 안타도 150쿠나 달라고함.

The staff were all friendly and available to help. One thing I really appreciated was that it was quiet, with no loud bar music. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. If you enjoy walking, there are a couple of trail on the adjacent hill, and it's a simple walk down the road if you want to try neighboring restaurants and shops. The bus is extremely convenient as it stop right outside the front doors.

Very well maintained and friendly staff. Great location. Sea view rooms are definitely a huge plus. The air conditioning could not be controlled and it was very hot in the room. Had to keep the balcony door open however the early light did not help as we wanted to rest but could not. The room service was forgotten and we had to remind 3 times to get us what we requested.

Fabulous hotel with stunning views. Just perfect.
This hotel was a real find, spotless, friendly and helpful staff and absolutely stunning views. We had a room with a balcony which looked out over the sea which was amazing. We drove from Dubrovnik airport to the hotel then on to Split later in our stay so it was great to have free underground parking during our stay too. Bus stop right outside the hotel for a short 10-15 min bus ride into the town.

The cleanliness of the room was horrible, where we could see the dust on the furniture what is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The furniture was damage what is not acceptable for the price paid and for a 5 start hotel. The front office staff was very impersonal/attentive, upon check out never asked "how was the stay" "did you enjoy or have any issue". They think just because they have an incredible view that is enough, but 5 start property the goal is to exceed the guest expectations and not the opposite.

This hotel was pretty good in terms of facilities - if you want a nice sea view suite, spa, pools, gym, little shop, decent brekkie etc... It's got the lot. What it falls very short on is service - you do not get that 5* service and some of the staff were just not happy to be there... Pool bar guy - miserable, guy on reception - miserable and egg guy - positively rude! Maybe it is because I had the audacity to book at expensive prices outside of the peak season..? Maybe it was understaffed and the strain was showing. I did speak to the manager, who was very helpful and slightly surprised (or at least a master actor!) The main issue was room management - maids were lovely, but did bare minimum and didn't restock anything e.g. towels, shampoo, bodywash etc... if you run out you need to notify them coz they sure as hell ain't gonna check. They also choose to remake beds as opposed to change sheets. Again, if you want a fresh bed - you need to ask - then they do and do v.nicely! Minibar management was a fiasco and worked at odds with chamber maid routine... Chamber maids clearly are briefed to leave all used glasses in the room where they stand and then minibar man comes at any random time to take away and replenish/ check minibar...? Crazy... Room looks great but then you haver old coffee cup and wine glasses left out... In a week we had to call for stock ups of bathroom products, towels, cups, glasses etc... Could do better!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it all! Transportation is very convenient. You can catch Bus #4 right outside the hotel and it takes you to/from downtown Dubrovnik (the old city gate). The views and sunsets from our balcony were awesome. Pool and ocean swimming was great. The staff was very helpful. A number of really good restaurants are within about 10 minute walk.

旧市街へのバスがホテル前から出ており、出発地なので、座れるのがよい。部屋にはヨーロッパのホテルには珍しく湯沸器もあるのでありがたい。ホテル内にコンビニがないので、水は事前に買っておく方がよい。プライドビーチがある。ビーチから海に入る階段は滑りやすいので要注意。ホテルで円からユーロへの両替もしてくれる。

Amazing trip to Dubrovnik
Excelent hotel, the location is perfect as you can enjoy the ocean and be 15-20 mins away from Old Town using the public bus which works perfectly.

Excelente hotel
Hotel excelente, atendimento ótimo, restaurante maravilhoso. O melhor hotel que já fiquei. Único defeito é a conexão do Wi-Fi nas áreas das piscinas, o sinal é bem fraco e muitas vezes não é possível nem conectar.

Pros: Beautiful view and good location. Staff very nice and helpful. Cons: Don’t know how this is considered a 5 star property. Maybe a 3.5 by American standards. The rooms are small, AC is horrible, carpet in room was stained, hair on robes and towels. Hallways felt like we were in a dungeon with no air. Food offered with full board was awful. This hotel ruined our Dubrovnik experience.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff! Received a beautiful vase of flowers and bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon. Breakfast had plenty options too. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Very relaxing
Spent the last few days of our stay in Dubrovnik at the hotel. Very relaxing. Lovely location - good connections with buses into Lapad or Old Town and short 10 minute walk into Lapad town. Excellent sunbathing and swimming facilities. Had meals in the hotel. The menus and variety of meals was good and prices are competitive with other restaurants around the Old Town. Great sunsets.
