구시가내 숙박지
구도심내 소재하여 나름 운치가 있고, 성내 상점과의 거리가 가깝다는 장점이 있음. 다만, 체크인 장소과 숙박지가 달라 초행길에 애를 먹었으며, 2층 룸까지 계단이 좁아 짐을 나르기 힘들었으며, 매일 룸서비스가 이루어지지 않는 등 방치된 느낌을 받았음.

cozy, nice location
After 1 night, after sightseeing i came back hotel, i noticed towel change/room cleaning done yet. I was informed that Room cleaning will be prepared only in case if i stay will 1 week more I stayed 3 nights, of course upon my request towel was provided. Hope tom improve room cleaning/ towel change service BTW this place you will experience real croatia apratment feeling. Also hotel located in downtown so you can move by walk just 5-10 minutes in old Dubrovnik downtown.

Amazing little gem in Old Town
I stayed at Booba Rooms in the main floor unit for 4 nights in June. First, it was great of course to be on the 1st floor because no stairs, and there was a little terrace with a table just outside. Though, this can be a downside because everyone can use it, and they are just outside where you might be lying down. Other than that, the room was perfect! Bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was a bit small but updated and had a great hot and strong shower. I liked the little table to just have a quick breakfast or bite at. As well, there was a little kitchenette that had a fridge, hotplate and microwave....if you really wanted to cook abit you could. But why would you....the location was amazing! It was just around the corner from the Jesuit Stairs which made going to anything in Old Town very convenient. Lots of restaurants just steps away. I first stayed 1 night after a tour in Lapad area, which was beautiful because close the the sea, but staying in Booba Rooms was much more convenient. Easy to just wanded and enjoy the best of Old Town and Dubrovnik.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean apartment
We were met by Jelena at the drop off point, she was very friendly and walked us through the town giving us a mini tour to the apartment. She was really helpful. It would have been difficult to find the apartment at first if we weren't met at the drop off point. We booked the transfer to and from the airport through the Booba Rooms, it was really easy the drivers were ontime and really friendly. Location; The apartment is very close to the main street but quiet at night. The old town is walkable in 10 minutes from end to end so you'll never get lost. Apartment; The apartment came with all the amenities a hotel would have, towels, kettle, iron etc. The shower was always hot. It was very clean, secure and well kept. If I went back to Dubrovnik I would definately stay here again!! Recommendations; I would have liked to have had a safe deposit box in the apartment. Just from a personal opinion the matress for the bed was quite firm.

Quiet Central Cosy Apartment: Old Town Dubrovnik
Friendly service, all mod-cons, super comfortable bed, in a charming Old World apartment off a quiet little courtyard in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The only hitch was that hotels.com had a mess up with their contact setails and were very late in emailing that information to me. I managed to sort that out by speaking with locals and tracking down the owner that way). Overall a great experience and totally worth the price. *Wanted to include photos of this fantastic place, but hotels.com website is having a technical fail atm and cannot upload my images.

Great!
A very nice, modern apartment in a fantastic location in the Old Town. Within minutes of all the key sites and meeting points of the Old Town. We arrived a little later than planned but the staff were happy to wait around for us, despite it being at the end of their shift. A little tricky with the doors, but apart from that it was great.

Not Worth $100 a night
Not worth the money - small room/bathroom and without hotel amenities. Check-in/registration process was chaotic and not specified very well in the info received by email. Check-in is NOT at the apartment location but on another street a few minutes walking distance away. Check with Direct Booker (managing company of apartment) before you go to get that address first. Check-in cannot be before 1500 hrs (3 pm). You will need to pay extra for cleaning costs on the spot so have Kuna (Croatian money) available. Be prepared to receive many emails from Direct Booker prior to trip. Cleanliness was just ok (floors not wet mopped). Very good location though - quiet yet right in town to walk to everything old town.

チェックインの場所は違うオフィスにあると書いてましたが、冬場は直接いくそうです。そのため、オフィスに連絡して迎えに来てもらうまで少し待つことに。 でも、親切な対応と可愛らし素朴な建物と空間に満足です。旧市街の中だし、階段の下の方なので、便利です。重たいキャリーケースだと少し大変かも。

Fijn appartement voor kort verblijf
We verbleven met twee personen in dit appartement in de winter. Het ligt midden in het centrum en is (in de winter) toch rustig. Verwarming werkte goed, heet water in de douche, goed bed, klein koelkastje en een waterkoker. Meer hadden we niet nodig. Voor langer verblijf is wellicht een appartement met meer faciliteiten aan te raden, maar voor een paar dagen was dit prima en bovendien niet duur.

Check-in was hard work. Poor information beforehand, and then arriving late at night, trawling luggage through the old town, was actually more effort than it's worth. Stay outside of the old town!!!

Perfect location
Very central. Arrived early and had to pay by the hour to store bags. The lane leading up to hotel very dirty from cigarette butts and dogs poo. However, the apartment was clean with a good airconditioner, fridge and kettle. The clothes line was over the shared outdoor table . A basic but comfortable and clean apartment.

Nice clean apartment
Very nice apartment which thankfully had air con as we were in Dubrovnik when "lucifer" was on the heat wave. Apartment is right in middle of Old Town so very handy for everything. It has a nice wee private terrace outside that is shaded and we had a few beers with fellow holiday makers over the seven days we were there. The apartment was spotless and had a fridge to keep the beers and water cold. Overall I would recommend this apartment for great value for money

Perfect location. Close to everything.
Apartment location was great l. Close to everything within the old town. Check in was frustrating. On arrival at the apartment, thankfully another guest was next door and able to tell us where we then had to walk to check in at as we had no phone to make a call to the office. Staff were not helpful upon arriving at the office. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage, problemlose Anreise sowie Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nette Betreuung. Perfekte Lage. Ausstattung ok. Zum Reisezeitpunkt nachts sehr kalt im Zimmer, Kleidung und Handtücher immer klamm. Negativ: Kein Room-Service, kein gemachtes Bett, kein Handtuch-Wechsel, keine Reinigung, kein Entleeren der Mülleimer.

Für eine Nacht in der Altstadt OK (Katzenklo...)
Das Zimmer selbst ist völlig in Ordnung und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Checkin verlief problemlos. Das Zimmer würde sauber übergeben, hat aber als Apartment natürlich keinen Zimmerservice/Handtuchwechsel. Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße/Sackgasse. Leider ist das auch der ideale Ort für alle Katzen der Umgebung, um dort ihr tägliches Geschäft zu verrichten... Es wird zwar unregelmässig "beseitigt", stinkt aber trotzdem dauerhaft und wenn man Pech hat, wacht man auf und hat einen Haufen Sch*** genau vor der Haustür. Da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür und er kann es auch nicht ändern, aber wir würden nicht nochmal dort wohnen... Für eine Übernachtung ist es sicherlich OK, weil man nicht viel Zeit dort verbringt und die "Terasse" auch kaum Sonne abbekommt, so dass man dort auch abends sowieso nicht sitzen will ;)

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und ruhig
Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Tolle Stadt, einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt, selbst die kleinsten Gässchen sind gut ausgeleuchtet. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder nach Dubrovnik und Kroatien kommen.

Terrible communication and had to be relocated
We followed the email instructions regarding going to their office not the property in order to store luggage and check in. We get to the street and can't find the office so we call to be told the office doesn't exist anymore. We are told we can store our luggage with a company in the old town at our own expense. We ask if we can check in early instead as we didn't want to pay to store our bags and were told actually the room we are supposed to stay in was flooded and they had no alternative for us. We had to demand they find us somewhere else to stay which they eventually did. The place we ended up was fine enough but I won't review the actual room as it's not this property.The communication and service from the property was terrible. Thankfully we had internet in croatia and were able to call them etc as it took an hour of us sitting in the middle of the street where the office was supposed to be and back and forth phone calls before they sorted something out. We then asked about storing luggage on our check out day and were told they couldn't do that as we check out at 10am and they don't open their office until 2pm (even though the documentation they sent us said the office opened at 10am). So in the end we still ended up having to pay £20 to store our bags in town. I would have expected that after the terrible checking in process they might have gone "out or their way" to open the office at the advertised time in order to save us the expense to try to redeem themselves.

Chambre parfaite, propreté impeccable, proche de tout (mais dans Dubrovnik on est proche de tout car c'est une petite cité) MAIS chambre sans fenêtre, juste la porte vitrée sur une petite courette. Pour une personne clostrophobe cela peut être rédhibitoire et cela on le découvre au dernier moment....comment prévenir lors de la réservation pour éviter une crise de nerfs quand on s'en aperçoit ?

Le lieu n'est pas simple à trouver et l'absence de réception rend un peu compliqué l'accès aux locaux mais notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et en plein centre de la vielle ville.

It was wonderful! I loved the location. It isn't a hotel and there isn't anyone there to meet you or answer questions, and their contact number was out of date, but once you connect with the manager and get the keys you're all set.

wifi problem
We need to inform staffs when we arrive at hotel. It must be better to inform when you arrive at the airport. However, even though I informed the staff arriving time at the airport by "Viber", no staff was waiting at the apartment. Therefore, I had to ask somebody to borrow mobile phone to call staffs. Then, staff came to the apartment eventually. When I entered the room, wifi didn't work well. The staff couldn't repair it at that time, but somebody fixed it on the next day.
