Really lovely hotel can’t complain at the quality. Very friendly staff, Antonio on the reception is the sweetest man we’ve met always made us smile when we saw him and always helped us with whatever we needed he deserves so much praise for his work we’re going to come back to the hotel just to see him again. This is a beautiful propeery with rooms that have balconies looking out to the Adriatic Sea. Lovely pool, great uffet, and helpful and friendly staff. We will be back!

Staff and location were excellent. A perfect place to stay coming or going given its proximity to the airport. Not that you would know when you are there. Just lovely.

Wonderful place! Staff lovely, rooms big with balcony and stunning views, facilities brilliant. Really liked the fact it felt like a self-contained resort where you could kill all day yet was only a few mins walk from Cavtat village which had links to other places to visit. I thought it great value for money. I will be back!!!

I stayed only one night . Room was great ..I didn’t like the breakfast restaurant area ..it looked like a huge eatery Stuff in the hotel was great . Very special Spot !

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful, picturesque location, perfect for families and couples. Locals are lovely and the staff and facilities in the hotel are immaculate. I would thoroughly recommend this for a short break.

The views from the 9th floor were breathtaking - lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The room was comfortable enough but needed a bit of tlc - one lampshade was broken, door leaked in a storm, towel hooks in bathroom door broken, plug in bath missing - however these are fairly small issues and still loved the room overall. The food in the steak restaurant was excellent but the breakfasts were lacklustre and a pina colada we had at the Spinikar bar was unpleasant. Overall enjoyed our stay and cavtat itself is beautiful and chilled.

This is a great hotel in an amazing location. Close to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and swimming spots. Our room was comfortable and the sea view was beautiful. Avoid the mini bar in the room if you don't want a nasty surprise at check out time. There was no price list in the room and it turned out to be even more extortionate than you'd expect.

Spent a week at this wonderful hotel in a very comfortable room on floor 1, which has an amazing view of the beautiful sea and amber sunsets. This floor has direct access to the private stretch of beach where you can always find a deck chair and brolly. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and after a day out celebrating, we came back to find a yummy cake left in our room! Very thoughtful! We went half-board and this is our only regret. The food is ok, but it’s a bit mishmash - for example, one night served cottage pie, spring rolls and pasta. We’d recommend dining out each night at the tons of restaurants a stone’s throw away overlooking the lovely marina for around the same cost. If you aren’t particularly mobile, this isn’t a good hotel (or location) for you. There’s 130 steps up/down the marina but you can take a golf buggy if you need. Major doorways around the hotel are not level to the ground so you have to step over the door trim when leaving the restaurant/bar to outside which isn’t great when carrying a dinner plate or perhaps had a few. There’s no entertainment programme and the spa treatments are very pricey. We ended up going to a local masseuse for a fraction of the cost, but I have heard the treatments are excellent if money isn’t an issue to you. Would definitely stay here again as B&B as should you!

Great Experience from Start to Finish!
We had a communication problem with the reservation dept. and did not get our extra day added to our vacation as planned. When we arrived, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and resolved our problem promptly. The restaurant options were excellent and the included breakfast had much variety and a # of healthy options. The views and grounds of the hotels are simply fantastic. From help with luggage, taxis and directions the staff were courteous and knowledgable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends/family that will be traveling to Croatia!

We stayed 4 nights at the ‘Croatia’, the main public areas were all very clean & tidy although we did notice one of the bars was a bit scuffed & bashed, the outdoor pool also needed a bit of up keeping. The staff were all lovely, friendly & attentive . The breakfast was a buffet offering a wide selection of hot & cold food & drinks. There are ‘apparently’ 132 steps from the hotel to Cavtat where there is a wide selection of bars & Restaurants, a buggy is available to run hotel guests up ‘ down on a regular basis. The bedroom was well appointed with coffee & tea making facilities! A stocked fridge.

The hotel has the most amazing sea views and access to Cavtat and the stunning views of the port and marina etc. the hotel is clean and rooms are clean and comfy. Our only complaint is the food! For a five star hotel it’s just not up to scratch. Quality of it and most importantly it was always cold! Breakfast buffet every bit of food was cold even though under the heaters and we sometimes were down early to eat and same can be said for the evening meals they were colder. We had half board and only ate there once because of it. Not ideal when you have paid for it and Croatia and eating out is super expensive anyway. They really need to take this feedback on board and make improvements .

Hotel is super convenient for the airport and also for taking a trip into Dubrovnik. It’s a huge hotel in a great location with fantastic opportunities to swim and snorkel in the sea. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice - we especially enjoyed eating outside with amazing views over the bay. There’s easy access to the town on foot or via the hotel's buggy which goes up & down all day. Lots of options for eating out in the evenings in town around the waters edge. The hotel pool was great though experienced the usual selfish guests reserving beds & then disappearing for hours - why can’t people take a lounger when they’re actually planning to use it?? Still, most of the time we were able to enjoy the pool as we pleased, plus the rocky beach platforms we’re probably more fun & allowed for some fab swimming in the sea - as long as you didn’t mind getting an eyeful of the odd nudist sun bather/snorkler! 😳
