호텔 바로 앞이 sunset beach인데 일몰이 멋짐. 비수기때에는 훌륭한 가격에 묵을 수 있었고 조식이 포함되어 있어 두브로브니크 식비를 많이 아낄 수 있었음. 걸어서 5분이내에 본토라는 한식당이 있는데 정말 맛집임. 조식도 한국인들 입맛엔 좀 짤 수 있겠으나 괜찮음. Everything was good. 30쿠나짜리 24시간권 끊으면 버스도 금방금방 타고다닐 수 있음 올드타운까지 먼거리가 아님

신뢰할 수 있는 호텔
여행을 출발하기 직전, 호텔로부터 예상치 못한 일로 인하여 숙소를 변경에 대한 메일을 받았다. 호텔 상황에 대해서 사전에 미리 정보를 제공하고, 동등 조건에서 제공할 수 있는 최선의 조건으로 숙소를 변경해 주는 등, 책임감과 신뢰를 보여 주었다. 머물렀던 호텔의 청결상태/서비스품질/조식/편의시설 등 모든 부분에 충분히 만족하였으며, 여행 중 가장 편안하면서도 동시에 많은 기억을 만들 수 있었다. 아쉽게도 호텔 콤파스에서 직접 머무를 기회는 없었지만, 이 곳 직원과 호텔에는 신뢰를 느낄 수 있었다.

두브로브니크에 가신다면 꼭 추천하고 싶은 호텔!
기대 했던것 보다 만족했던 호텔 이었습니다. 이번 유럽 여행중 제일 훌륭했었고 특히 사우나 시설 및 실내 수영장은 제일 좋았고 호텔의 위치, 주변환경, 조식 & 시설등 한가지도 모자라는게 없었습니다. 주차 또한 아주 편리하게 호텔내 지하 주차장을 안전하게 사용할수 있었습니다. 차를 가지고 여행을 하시는 분들께는 강추!

신시가지 내의 해변과 가까운 훌륭한 호텔입니다 직원도 친절하고 뷰가 좋아요~ 조식은 좀 별로고.. 올드타운 가기 위한 버스의 정류장이 (6번) 호텔에서 걸어서 5분거리에 있고 두브로브니크가 버스가 잘되있는 편이라 아예 호텔에 짐을 맡기고 다녀오시는걸 추천합니다. 올드타운에 짐맡기기가 쉽지않음 ..

좋은 추억으로 남은 호텔!
호텔의 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 객실은 약간 좁다고 느낄 수 있지만, 발코니에서 보는 전망은 정말 최고였습니다. 또한, 호텔 제일 아래층에 있는 Sphere라는 식당은 추천할 만한 식당입니다. 구시가지에서 매우 비싼 가격에 그다지 맛있지 않은 식당보다 훨씬 낫습니다. (가격도 비교적 저렴, 음식맛도 훌륭) 저녁 먹으러 가실곳을 못 찾았다면 그냥 여기로 가세요. 로비층에서 일몰을 보면서 커피를 마시는 것도 매우 좋았습니다. 두브로브니크에서는 2개 호텔에 2박씩 숙박했습니다. 한 곳은 여기고, 한 곳은 한국 신혼부부가 많이 간다는 5성급 E호텔이었습니다. 비록 구시가 관광에는 불리하지만, 저는 여기가 훨씬 나았습니다.(비슷한 시설에 훨씬 저렴한 가격) 주차는 두 곳 다 무료입니다.

구시가지와는 다소 먼거리였지만, 버스타고 10분이면 필레게이트까지 갈 수 있었습니다. 다만, 비수기라 주변 상점들이 문을 많이 닫아서 즐길 거리는 좀 부족했습니다. 지층에 있는 레스토랑은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 구시가지 보다 훨씬 싼 가격으로 멋진 한 끼 식사를 할 수 있었습니다.

저라면 이 호텔을 선택하지 않겠습니다.
성수기의 이 호텔은 좋았을지 모르겠습니다. 높은 평가를 받았기에 그냥 선택했는데 11월에 이 호텔의 직원들은 얼굴에 활기가 없었습니다. 3일을 숙박했습니다. 3일째 되는 날 아침 조식은 이전에 나오던 메뉴 생선, 계란 후라이 같은 몇가지 메뉴가 사라졌습니다.원래의 조식도 그렇게 놀랍도록 많은 메뉴가 있거나 정성스러운 수준이 아니었는데... 빵은 너무 딱딱했습니다. 슬라이스된 레몬은 바짝 말라서 어제 아침에 쓰던걸 다시 그대로 내온것 처럼 성의없고 더럽게 보였습니다. 아침 8시에 레몬이 그정도로 말라 비틀어졌다는 것은 어제 사용했던 것이라는 결론이 어렵지 않을것 같습니다. 조식은 별 4개가 어울리지 않는 수준이었습니다. 조식때문에라도 절대 다시 가고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

호텔은 꽤나 크고 좋아서 맘에 들었습니다 대신 시내와 거리가 있고 왔다갔다 하기에는 불편한감이 없지않아 있네요 그것 빼놓고는 객실이나 전반적 호텔 상태는 훌륭하고 공항 갈때 택시 서비스도 싸게 택시가 아닌 자가용으로 갔네요 다만 호텔 상태에 비해 조식이 조금 약합니다. 아마 비수기에 가서 음식을 풍성하게 해놓지 않은듯 해요~^^

친구와 방문하여 이틀간 머물렀습니다. 직원도 참 친절하고 시설도 왠만한 5성급 호텔입니다. 어디하나 나무랄데 없지만 딱 하나 주차공간이 많이 협소한 점은 옥의 티... 비수기에 가면 참 괜찮을 것 같은 호텔!

Hotel Kompas is a beautiful property right by the Lapad Bay beachfront and a very pretty promenade along the water. Even though our days were busy touring and visiting sites, our family looked forward to coming back and relaxing by the beach (it’s a pebble beach so need swim shoes), using the indoor pool and sauna. The hotel itself is very nice with a nice lobby that had the perfect view of the sunset. Our rooms were also nice except that both our 2 “deluxe double room, balcony, sea view” rooms (rms 1010 and 1011) had tall trees obstructing our sea view. Please see photos including how these rooms are described online. I did bring up with front desk and staff, as I was confused with the obstructed views but, yup, they did confirm I had “deluxe” rooms and that was that. Otherwise, very happy with hotel, amenities, included breakfast and staff friendliness. Btw, it’s not as near to Old Town as I thought, we were a family of 5 and Uber made sense, but we loved it anyway. There are several restaurant choices along the promenade, which is very pretty.

Great location, with beautiful views and easy walk to restaurants, shops and bus into old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, large rooms (and we particularly liked the daily chocolates). Excellent breakfast, hotel bars and restaurants also very good.

Thank you to all the amazing and friendly staff at Hotel Kompass for making our stay so memorable and special. I would consider you a 5 star hotel, quality of the room, facilities, food far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner at your restaurant was superb and the evening live performers was awesome. Location with easy access to bus stop was great, lots of nice restaurants nearby and loved swimming in nearby Lapad Beach. We will recommend your hotel to everyone!!!

Schickes Hotel in guter Lage
Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Kiesstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist ideal, wenn man das bezaubernde Dubrovnik erkunden, aber auch ausspannen möchte. Zum Bus, der zur Altstadt fährt, geht man ca. 6 - 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Er verkehrt zuverlässig alle 15 Minuten (Fahrtzeit zur Altstadt 10-15 Minuten, 2 € p.P. pro Fahrt). Von unserem Deluxe-Zimmer auf der 8. Etage hatten wir einen wunderbaren Meerblick (Sonnenuntergang!). In einigen Deluxe-Zimmern ist der Meerblick allerdings durch Zypressen etwas eingeschränkt. Das leckere und reichliche Frühstück kann auf einer schönen Terrasse entspannt genossen werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants. Auch im Hotelrestaurant haben wir gut gegessen. Die Preise in diesen Lokalen sind jedoch kaum günstiger als in der Altstadt. Dubrovnik ist teuer, aber der Rundgang über die Stadtmauer gehört zu den grandiosen Erlebnissen auf unserem Planeten. Fazit: Das ansprechend gestaltete, schicke Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

What a pleasant surprise.
Lovely hotel with good atmosphere, apart from restaurant, which was a bit stark inside and out, so didnt eat there. Plenty of choices for dining. Walk along cliff path to Levantan restaurant for great dinner hanging over the sea. Croatia in general a great surprise.

Beautiful property! Great location. Concierge was awful and rude. Bar staff also so slow and not friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The Kompas hotel is very good located and offers a beautiful view on the coast. The personnel is very helpful (till the details and chocolate every day in the room) The breakfast is also various.
