Dear sir, We are sorry that your experience with this hotel wasn't good. Although you reserved the standard room, you got superior room. As you complained immediately at arrival, the staff tried their best to adress the issues you had. Unfortunately, in the evening, the maintenance didn't have a spare part needed to fix the shower, and you didn't allow them to come fix it in the morning. All our rooms are non-smoking since that is the law in Croatia, but we can't forbid the guests to smoke on the balcony. As you complained the price was additionally reduced for 20% discount and you were allowed to stay in the room longer than usual check-out time free of charge. For the staff, I guarantee that no one was intentionally rude at all, maybe you just misunderstood. As you can see in all the comments, the great staff is the strongest part of our hotel. Thank you.
