친절한 주인
다음날 새벽 5시에 비행기 타러 가야하니 호텔 서비스 부탁한다 메일을 보냈으나 받지 못했다고 하여 황당하였습니다 이 사실을 늦게 알고서 늦은 시간까지 내일 배차할수 있게 도와주신 직원분 대단히 감사합니다

Good place
I suggest giving better directions about the location so it’s easier to find for guests. For those considering, it is a great place and location. When you are in the Old Town there are no cars, so if you enter at the main gate (bus stops) you need to go all the way down the main road and turn right around the church and this road “ends” at some stairs. Go up them. This place is located across from the Sushi restaurant tables.

Amazing location with very little frills. I’ve read reviews on how hard it is to find this place but I contacted them before we came and arranged transfers from the airport. When we landed there was someone waiting for us with my name on a sign who took our bags and dropped us off outside the east gate. He gave us very clear directions on how to get to our room and called the manager who met us on our walk over. Super easy to find with the help and only $35 euros extra for the transfer each way. Only rent this place for the location. It’s right off the Main Street

First of all it’s not a hotel, the facility is consists of 3 individual rooms of a flat in an old building. There is no sign outside of the building. You have to call the owner to find the exact building and to get inside. If you arrive early or will leave later than check out, the luggages are headache. Towels are like sandpaper, linens never change. There is no service at all. I blame Expedia, because I was searching a hotel room, not an Airbnb type rental, so I thought it was a small hotel, but when we arrive it was very disappointing. I will never trust Expedia again, without checking from other sources.

In the heart of old Dubrovnik
Getting here was a challenge, but thankfully the property owner can help arrange for transport from the airport in advance, who can then communicate with her about where to meet. The place is an apartment in old town, as are nearly all of the old town locations. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. And you walk right downstairs and are already right where most people are trying to get!

Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt
Von dem Zimmer in der Altstadt konnten wird direkt zur Kathedrale sehen und wunderbar alle Destinationen ohne Anfahrt zu Fuß erreichen, da die Fenster neu und schalldicht sind, kann man auch in der Nacht gut schlafen. Von der Stadt, die wir schon etwas kannten, waren wir begeistert. Diese wurde nach den massiven Zerstörungen im Bürgerkrieg 1992 stilgerecht wieder hergestellt, besonders ein Spaziergang auf der Stadtmauer ist lohnenswert und sollte unbedingt eingeplant werden.

Good location in the heart of Old Town
Very central location with handy kitchen utilities. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but at the same time this is true of most of Dubrovnik. Great place to stay.

Das Hotel war nur schwer zu finden. Leider hat die Agentur nicht die Lage-Skizze mitgeschickt. Trotzdem gefunden. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bad neu und sauber. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. War nur eine Nacht dort.

Location is all that matters
Rooms Eden Old Town is downtown literally, only about 10 steps up from the main square. We were serenaded by guitars and jazz bands playing each evening in the square while we sat comfortably in our room. The acoustics were great. The room is cozy, clean, and airy with big windows on two sides. We would suggest a small fridge and kettle with cups to improve the accommodation plus a spare blanket and pillow.

bad experience
its a horrible experience , its not a hotel , its like the owner rent out her spare room , she wasn't friendly and didnt explain much to us. when i saw and ask her where is the hotel , she didnt even realise we are her guests . the room is very basic , i wish it was more clean. found some hair and dust on beds. and immediately got bitten and very itchy all around my body . i guess was some bugs . only good thing was the location in the old town, but just the room wasn't comfortable at all. very shame .

Great Location.Impossible to find. No support.
You have to walk through the walled city so be very aware/prepared. Accommodation IMPOSSIBLE to find. Thank goodness for other travellers advice. Spent an eternity wandering the vicinity looking for the apartments. Nothing at all to highlight the name of the establishment. All there is a name on a small entrance buzzer, not a great start at all. Entrance is via a shared communal door into a shabby untidy, uncared for lobby. Discarded items throughout, the lobby smelled on occasions and looked like a dumping ground for junk. That's when your next set of troubles begin, the stairs, four flights of steep tiled stairs, no lift. Survival of the fittest getting up them for sure. Not a consideration for mobility issues or push chairs, elderly etc.Needs to be reviewed properly if fit for purpose and advertised accurately so people know what they are going to .Handed the key, pleasant staff and that was it really, left to get on with it. No welcome book, no emergency contacts nothing. No advice available what so ever. Not great or reassuring someone around to help is an issue. Room ok, price nothing to do with it here, room could have had a coat of paint with it being start of summer but alas no. Room has potential but bit on shabby side. Don't think views should be advertised when all you can see is a little of something. Not a lot else to say really but take on board all points before booking.No presence of support if needed.Wifi patchy.

Think twice before you book.
The room was four floors up with no elevators. Fortunately the owner help carry our luggage going up. The door knob at the entrance to the building was hanging out, no one fixed it. The door To the entrance was stuck one day and had to keep knocking one he wall to get attention .

Fint værelse i centrum af det gamle Dubrovnik.
Fint lille værelse i centrum af den gamle bydel i Dubrovnik. Der var 3 senge og et badeværelse. Lidt svært at finde, men fik hjælp af meget flinke mennesker i området. Værten er meget sød og imødekommende, flink til at hjælpe og omsorgsfuld. Kunne godt ønske, at der havde været et lille køleskab og en elkogekeddel. Kan varmt anbefales til en lille miniferie, hvor man indtager sin mad og drikke på restauranterne i området.

Bra läge i Dubrovnik gamla stad
Udda sätt att bo, "hotellet" hade 3 rum. Svårt att hitta då det inte var utmärkt med någon hotell-skylt. Ingen lyx direkt men helt ok. Mycket bra läge och bra människor som hyrde ut.

great location
Should not be on trip advisor unless they have a back packers site, four flights of stone stairs to climb with luggage difficult, nobody to greet you, no advise, just given a key. Room modernised but sadly done, bed linen sub standard, shower broken from wall had to hold by hand, city view was a joke you had to stand at the very far side of window to see anything. Entrance hall appalling full of old wood, very shabby entire building very delapidated apart from a few replaced Windows. Trip advisor need to see this property to assess for themselves.

Location can't be beat!
Enjoyed our stay here! The location CAN'T BE BEAT. You are truly in the heart of Old Town. The room itself was very clean, as was the bathroom, which has been nicely renovated. The wifi was very weak and inconsistent, but this may have been due to strong thunderstorms. The room is advertised as two beds, but it's a double bed and a couch (which is not comfortable for sleeping). This room is a great value; many people we met said they couldn't afford to stay in Old Town, but Rooms Eden was very affordable. I would return there if I only needed one bed. (Ideal for a couple, but we were two friends traveling together.)

旧市街観光にとても便利
旧市街（城壁）内にあり、旧市街散策や旧港から船に乗るのにとても便利です。 価格が高いドブロブニクの中でこの立地の割にお手頃なお値段です。 アパートメントなので、場所は分かりにくく、チェックインの時間を 事前に電話しないといけないので、旅慣れた人向けかもしれませんが・・ ツインルームでしたが部屋は広く、水回りも問題なく快適に過ごせました

Lovely well located accommodation!
This hotel was in an excellent location and served us very well during our stay in Dubrovnik. Our only complaint would be the very slow/intermittent Internet connection and the hand held shower head that could not be hung from the wall. That being said would still stay here again!

Huoneisto on aivan vanhan kaupungin sydämessä katedraalin vieressä. Siisti pieni huone. Parisänky hieman pieni ja epämukava. Ehkä vähän vaikea löytää, mutta omistajat antavat hyvät kuvalliset ohjeet.

Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet, aber alles nötige enthalten. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein.Die lage ist nicht zu schlagen. Mitten in der Altstdt. Atemberaubend!!! Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort und würden das Zimmer immer weiterempfhelen.
