Dear Abdul, thank you for your review! It is a pity we were not able to fulfill your expectations. We do not distribute the amenities in the rooms due to the Corona risk but you can receive them anytime at the reception (which will be thrown out each your departure - the health of each of our guests is for us most important! We do not advertise with air conditioning but still do offer fans if requested. We hope to welcome you again to show ourselves from our best side and wish you all the best! Stay healthy!
