Dear Marcos, Thank you for your stay with us in the INNSiDE Düsseldorf Derendorf and your feedback. We sincerely apologize about the misunderstanding when you came down to reception to get some water. Our colleague miscommunicated the situation, as he does not have access to the fridges of our restaurant, as soon as the restaurant is closed. There is however a smaller choice of drinks available at reception for purchase 24h. We talked to our staff again to indicate this to our guests. Regarding the breakfast, we want to assure you, that the safety of our guests and employees is our main priority and we do everything possible to guarantee this.
