두마게티에 있는 하니컴 호텔 숙박평 남깁니다
전반적으로 좋았는데 숙소에서 펍을 같이 운영하고 있어서 밤 12시까지는 시끄러웠습니다. 가격도 가성비가 좋고 해변도 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 좋았습니다.

Interior room with no windows, but with cockroach.
처음에 객실에 창문이 없다는 것에 놀람. 좀 더 비싼 객실로 옮겼으나 그 곳은 길가의 오토바이 소리에 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 결국 처음 선택한 interior room으로 교체. 바퀴벌레가 작은 새끼부터 어디서 나오는지 잠을 잘 수 없음. 참고로 1936년에 건립한 건물. 건물자체가 너무 오래 됨. 단 좋은 것은 호텔 나오자 마자 바닷가를 산책할 수 있는 점. 추천하고 싶지 않음. The interior room has no windows while the exterior room with higher price has lots of noise due to the parking lot for cars and motorcyles just attached to the room. The worst thing is lots of cockroaches.

Excellent location for both the ferry coming and going and its right on the ocean 50 meters away out the front door. Beautiful tree lined brick sidewalk right to the seaport.. Staff was helpful, room service and food was good and the price was excellent. Room was worth more than the price.. My wife kidded me about the view but at 15 dollars a night what can one expect.. Good deal at very least

Location is great, close to much of the entertainment and food venues. Down side, no hot water showers, no internet, no coffee pot in rooms,restaurant is freezing cold and opens late for breakfast,

The Inn had a nice bar & restaurant and it was a lot of fun as they had an extremely good liveband. We stayed for quite long as we did not want to go back to the room. It is doable for one night but definitely not more than this.

We really liked the location with nightly live band and close to the boulevard for walks and getting to other places. Personally we would undergo massive customer service training to the employees, especially the inside dining area and outdoor dining and beverage area.... you should not have to ask for food or drink everytime you sit down.

Cockroaches greeted us when we entered our room. And bed bugs too!! No complimentary bottled water. Small bottle of water in the ref costs 25php each!!

Room I stayed was bad. Floors was peeling off. Shower fixtures not working. Phone not working. Electrical wirings exposed and a fire hazard. If I havent paid my booking I will not stay in this hotel.

Noisy but good location.
We stayed for 1 night so we were close to the port in the morning. The band playing was really good but it’s really loud in the room and the kitchen staff was directly beside our room as they all talk loudly in the coridor. Wasn’t the most pleasant stay.

A hotel beside the boulevard and night clubs
A standard room which needs renovation. Wifi signal is not available. The receptionist gave me a password for a wifi connection but that connection is too weak to connect to. There are other internet options available but the receptionist said that she does not have a password for those. Even the cellphone signal is weak inside the room as I resorted to connect to the internet using 3G/LTE, so I decided to go out instead and shocked to see that there's a band playing outside which lasted until 1am. If you are into listening to a band at night or wanted to see Dumaguete's boulevard, this is a good place to stay on a low budget. It however needs renovation and repair on the toilet as the drain is blocked and water flooded while I showered. Only good thing is that they have hot shower.

I had a room somewhere in the back of the ground floor. There was a window, but just looking at a concrete wall. No natural daylight. Very noisy place. Internet didn't work properly. For the rest, good enough for 1 night. Not longer.

Very, very noisy. The worst was that we were all refused breakfast "because we had booked, reserved and paid in advance with Expedia aka Hotels.com"

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à la description (sans fenêtre) et non pas vue sur la ville. On nous a proposé une chambre avec vue sur la baie avec un supplément que nous avons accepté. Mais sous la fenêtre un "orchestre "à jouer de 19h à 4h du matin. Il était impossible de dormir même avec les boules Quiès. Nous avons finalement quitté l'hôtel qui a eu l'honnêteté de nous rembourser les nuits réservées au tarif.

Older vintage hotel close to nice boardwalk
Very nice lobby and great foods in the on site restaurant. It's obviously a older hotel but it appears work is underway to maintain or improve it. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Noisy!!!
While this place looks quaint on the outside (presumably refashioned 1930s architecture), the torture begins when the live music/karaoke sets up at the inn's facade. This lasts till about 3am, though officially I think they pack up at 1m, the sound overspill from perhaps the next door bar is horrible. There is no sound proofing at all in the rooms. Also, they don't come in to clean daily (unless you ask them). In fairness to the staff, they are very friendly, some on the too rowdy side though when you're trying to sleep in and they're carrying on conversation between floors. The location is very convenient if you don't mind the male tourists preying on the local females but that's the city's character, not limited to this inn. Overall, I wouldn't write it off, there is much that could be done to improve it and keep it going.

Is okay hotel for the money. other reviews said it was very loud,, and it is. They have bands outside each night until midnight,, which is nice. but can lead to lots of noise and traffic.. the staff overall was nice overall. The place needs work but does have OLD school charm. Its okay place for the money

Great location. Near Port. Near the Nice.
Our room was number 12 which had the view of the rizal boulevard and the bay walk. I really like it, especially during sun rise. The view from the room was really nice facing the boulevard, the bay walk and the two big trees on the opposite side of the road. The hotel was located near the famous restaurants of the city. You can walk from the Sans Rival, Jo's Inato, Chin Loong and the Port if you're going to Cebu, Siquijor or Zamboanga del Norte. At night, if you're not comfty with noise or music coming from downstairs from the restaurant because of the live band please don't get the room from the first floor near the entrance or the room where we stayed. There are other rooms at the back which I think is more quiet. The receptionist were nice. They were accommodating with our requests and questions. We have tried their breakfast, my friend ordered brewed coffee which had one free creamer. She said she was a creamer person. Then we got the bill, I was surprised about how much we paid for the extra "coffee mate creamer" about the price for 3 extra creamer was too much. Hahahaha

Good location.
Our room was clean; the shower was nice and hot; the AC was nice and cold; hotel wifi worked all the time; and the food was very good! Most of all, the hotel staff was A-1 - always friendly and helpful.

10年来ドゥマゲティ滞在時の定宿で市内では古参のホテル。薄型テレビに変えるなど多少の改善は見られるが、全体的な老朽化は否めない。当然、浴槽はなく、フィリピンではおなじみの温水が出てくるまで数分待つ水量の弱いシャワーのみ。以前は市内のホテルの数も限られており、その中では料金や環境など総合的な評価は高かった。今ではいくつもホテルができたので、立地場所と料金を除けばお勧めできる点はそれほどない。特に市内の喫煙が厳しく制限され、エアコン環境で喫煙できた室内が全室禁煙になったことは喫煙者にとってかなりのマイナス。一応、ホテル内に喫煙場所は設置されていた。宿泊費を抑えたい人向けのホテルだが、週末はホテル前で深夜までライブが行われるので、騒音が気になる人は避けたほうが良い。積極的にお勧めできるホテルではないが、市内のホテルの料金が全般的に上がっていることや顔見知りのスタッフもいるので、個人的には今後も利用すると思う。なお、ホテルの名前がついたレストランのアイスティーはお勧め。

千万不要入住
马路边上，非常吵闹，楼下的酒吧会将音乐开到半夜两点！ 矿泉水没标价格，结账时要求付款！ 房间很小，淋雨设备损坏。

町の中の海のすぐ前にあり便利ですが、
レストランも近くにたくさんあり、海岸沿いを散歩するのもとても近かった。安い方の部屋は窓がなく朝か夜かもわかりません。追加料金を払って窓のある部屋に移動しました。海が見えて景色はよかった。窓がルーパー式で屋外に寝ているようでした。排気ガスのにおいもすごかったです。
