I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, check in is not until 3pm. We cannot guarantee an early check in especially when you are trying to check in before our check out time of 12 noon. We had a large group staying with us and we had no clean rooms. To avoid this situation in the future, I would not book a prepaid, non-refundable reservation if you are trying to check in to a hotel early without notifying the hotel of your requests. Again, we apologize that we were unable to assist you and wish you safe travels in the future.

We do have a few wonderful, very polite, construction workers that have been with us for many months as they are working on a large project with the county. However, we also get many military personnel and their families that stay with us being that we are so close to Quantico Marine Corps Base. We are happy to assist all with their lodging needs!
