I'm sorry you had a difficult stay with us. We were already sold out of ground floor rooms when your reservation came in the day before your stay. We were unaware that you required a ground-floor room or we would most certainly have tried to accommodate your needs. Also, we use commercial cleaning products to sanitize our rooms; sometimes the smell can be a bit strong. If you might consider giving us another chance to show you our hospitality, please contact me directly and I will make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

We do have a set of adjoining rooms but they were occupied as we were completely sold out the night you arrived. If ground floor rooms are required or other accommodations are necessary, it is always best to speak with or book the rooms directly with the hotel so we know what your needs are and can accommodate your party. We hope to see you on your next trip to Duncan and I have made a note on your profile for ground floor rooms.
