Most everything seemed fine. But the wife complained that the carpet seemed wet the night we checked in. We thought maybe water had spilled. But it was still damp at checkout.

Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair, and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub / wood work cracked there was a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel there were individuals sleeping in their vehicles. My myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.

Everything was okay besides our room being double booked and someone walked in just as we finished getting dressed for our evening out.

Clean and friendly, nice breakfast and location.
Quick and easy check in. Nice location. Carpet and bathroom was a little dated and worn. HVAC worked well keeping us warm and cool as needed. Workout room was clean and in working order. Ice machine on 2 not working but was on 1. Breakfast was the same Sat & Sun but good, sausage, eggs, biscuits and waffles along with grab and go bagels, bars and yogurt. I would definitely stay there again. Front desk was a bit slow when I went to ask for more towels. 2 were working but 2nd refused to acknowledge me while the other was with a guest. They location seemed to be into Covid protocols with face shield at front desk, limited cleaning services. It was nice that they had a server for breakfast buffet.

Mold around shower, the price of soda rediculous, cheaper at gas station. 14 dollars for 2 burrito in the morning wasn’t even made right. Pretty good scam you got going on there. Beer prices are high to, you charge high rates for two beds and expect people to pay for snacks breakfast won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Was clean & staff friendly. Fresh breakfast was good. Appeared to be older hotel, could use some re-tiling in bathroom. Location good - restaurants & freeway.

Solid Stay, Work To Be Done
The BW Plus in Duncanville is a great value for your money. That said, you also have to remember that there will be issues. I had a well maintained room, that was clean, but there was an odor in the shower drain that wouldn't go away. We were on the third floor, the hallway floor was a bit uneven, as if the actual structure or the floor was buckling in spots. That said, the staff was wonderful, they were friendly and honored all requests. This hotel is solid, if you have realistic expectations.

Had a great stay!! Staff greeted you on every visit very helpful with check in and check out. Only bad thing i could say is the unattended kids staying in the pool till 2:00am yelling.

We only needed a place for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. As with all hotels, in my opinion, the floors felt dirty. Nice bathrooms and toiletries. The breakfast options were nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, the staff was very helpful and kind. It was very well kept and clean, we enjoyed the location being only 7 mins away from where we were going. I was glad they had breakfast, i thought it could have been improved, the hot items, other than that , it was a wonderful stay. I will be returning if in that area again!!!

Home away from home
This is my second time staying here…very comfortable bed and felt safe. Breakfast options were wonderful and staff is always very friendly. Would recommend staying here!
