Theater Motel is Rated A for Awesomeness!
The owner was so nice and the room was perfect! It had everything I needed and was close to several restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

The property/stay fitted our needs and was the best choice considering other choices in the area that were available and what our needs were. Staff was helpful and would stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful hotel, great location.
We did not end up staying as although Hotels.com's filter for pet-friendly brought up this hotel, the owners had a sign up stating no pets in their lobby. The owners were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for other hotels, so when we are travelling with just humans, we will stay at this hotel. The owners stated they had been "no pets" for four years so there is a problem with Hotels.com's filters and updating of the information.

Owner is friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless and had a fridge microwave and sink. Shower pressure and water temp is great. Only downside is wifi wouldn’t connect and unable to get regular cell service. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds, ok rooms. Very out of date furniture and bathrooms. Physical keys and door does not lock automatically, no phones, had to fill out a Registration Form because they are paper only - no computer electronics. Ice machine was broken and only one on the entire property.

Lovely trip back in time
Dated motel with friendly, accommodating owners. The a/c worked and there was a fridge. Bed was comfortable. The price was right. I would stay here again.

Very nice for price. Very clean and spacious. Perfect place to stop for a night. The only complaint was the very musty/mildewy smell. The carpets looked clean, but smelled old. Used my own Febreze, but it was only a temporary fix.

If you don't need much, this is all you need
Wasn't expecting much from a little motel, didn't need much. It turned out to be better than expected. Very comfortable, clean & quiet! Would stay here again

Good motel, humanoids always the problem
This is a good, clean and comfortable budget motel; funky, vintage, off the interstate with comfortable beds, the basic amenities, clean and cared for. Our check in was friendly and efficient; absolutely no complaints. The owners appear to care for and have pride in their establishment. My complaint about our stay: Upon arrival a few people were sitting outside the room next to us smoking, thankfully they honored the “no smoking in room” rules. We managed our arrival and settling in without inhaling too much. However, they were rather chatty outside the window. Credit to the owner who immediately handled their gathering when I called in; we wanted to wind down around 10 for sleep. Unfortunately, they took their group inside which is right next to our wall (yes, the walls are thin) and they were not quiet (talking, laughing, loud tv) until after 12:30a. With the risk of retribution from these inconsiderate “sorts”, I did not make another request to further curb their inconsiderations. I got to sleep after 1a after a long day driving. 5 hours sleep. I hope this is a rare occurrence since this is a good stopover.

Love the motel setup. Was very quiet. Had a family emergency and had to leave in the night, but check-in was great and loved the room and what was available in it.

This an older motor court (1950s?), and yet everything was CLEAN and well cared for, without a bunch of modern "improvements". Everything worked. The bathroom and shower were clean and lots of hot water and pressure. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was in line with the accommodations. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.
