Only issues were the toilet seat was loose, the sink was stopped up, and the pillows were very flat, other then that the stay was great.

Off of the main throughfares. Very friendly staff. Two things need attention in room 121: The lever to flush the stool needs to be fixed and the shower curtain needs to be lower about 6 - 8 inches to prevent water going on the floor.

The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. There was a short and faint, buzzing noise that sounded off every few minutes. Sounded like it was coming from a capacitor in a fixture or something in the bathroom or that end of the hotel room.

This hotel smells like pets. First room we were given absolultely was stinking, not possible that housekeeping cleaned and didnt realized how bad this room was stinking.

Young girl at desk was rude and non personable. Beds were too high…had to use ottoman to get in and out of bed. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. Hot tub closed for repairs. I won’t be back.

Room had bed bugs and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they did provide another room but a smaller room then what was purchased. Asked to see how we could be compensated but there was no compensation for the inconvenience

terrible customer service
no hot water in the morning to take any showers, I was told by the front desk attendant that it was an issue that they were having because only one of the water heaters was working when I asked for compensation and they told me the manager would have to call me tomorrow and of course no one did

Good Stay at reasonable rate
Good stay but bed was not as comfortable as desired. Curtains were made to not close completely and the morning sun was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Quick trip to Durant and the hotel couldn't have been better. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient to the casino.

Love that this hotel is a smoke free location with my bronchitis I flare up and start coughing but here no problems and the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great it’s been a while since I have seen a hot breakfast

The room appeared to look clean when we checked in. I started to iron a gown for graduation and it touched the floor and to my surprise it was nothing but animal hair all over my gown. Also I was unable to use the pull out bed because it was covered with animal hair. I got the room because I needed it for an extra guest. We all ended up sleeping in the one bed. Disappointed! Not to mention the elevator was out of service. I should be refunded my money for my miserable stay.
