I note that the there was a power failure, it was a pity you did not knock on the office door as I could have had up and running again in a matter of minutes.In light of your disappointment we would like to offer you a refund or credit. Kevin, I am surprised and sorry you found Wind Song not to your liking. A confirmation email was sent to you on the 13th December with a full description of what to expect including directions from both Swansea and Triabunna, and location "4.5km from the highway". This email clearly stated that The Garden Suite does not have cooking facilities, however, evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement (at least 24hrs notice). I am sorry you could not find me however we do live on site.

In confirming your booking guests are advised that "breakfast provisions are placed in your unit" also The Garden Suite "does not have any cooking facilities". I am sorry you thought it was noisy but sometimes the possums have 'races' around the roof ant all hours! Your hosts are usually in bed by 10.00pm.

The creaky floorboards in the owners upstairs part of the building can be a nuisance, we try to minimise movement to avoid disturbing guests. We can only apologise for this inconvenience.

Thank you Ian for your review and, yes, it is tough on the farm! We have had very little rain since your stay.

I apologise if you found that the water was discoloured. Our water is 'harvested' from the roofs of the buildings, we have no mains water thus we boil the water for drinking purposes. Many locations have unsealed roads and we are fortunate to have a road that is well maintained by the council. The property location is well described in website listings and guests are sent a letter confirming their booking with further information.

I am sorry Susan if you found The Garden Suite a little cramped, it is our smaller unit that is why it only has a double bed. The sitting room maybe small but it does our guests a space to relax.
